Purchased gift card through Buffalo Wild Wings website. It sent me into Giftya who charged me. Email sent to my son, he followed instructions for account setup. “Don't waste your time”

Horrible! I bought a gift card and the person I sent it to never received it. The online chat did not work. I had to spend over 30 minutes to find a phone number and get ahold of customer service. They were barely any help. They just keep telling us that it was sent and they claimed the gift card. The person I sent this to NEVER received a text from them. At one point they told me they emailed it to him, I NEVER gave them his email. I asked for a refund. Now it's saying to will take 10 days to get the money back. I don't if this is just really poorly designed or a scam, but it didn't work for me. My mom bought me $75 for GrubHub (not realizing she could just buy a card directly from GrubHub...) and I have not been reimbursed for any GrubHub purchases. At best, this is a stupid concept. Service Value

I ordered a 50$ Uber eats card for my boyfriend. It was not delivered from his phone within an hour. I called and they told me the system is slow and it would be delivered within 4 hours. Here it is 2 days later, still have not received. I called and they said the order was cancelled and I am banned from using giftya again for reasons they can not share. Sent a gift card via GiftYa to my father via the text method. He could not open it, and they would not let me then send it to myself to get credit. Their customer service is non-existent. Bottom line, I got scammed by them for $50.

I tried to purchase a Google Play egift card for my partner as a gift. I put my order through and the money was deducted from my bank account, however neither of us received the egift card. After contacting support I received an automated email response with a link to an article stating why your credit card may not work online and that my order was canceled and never processed! Accidentally clicked their link when trying to quickly purchase a home depot gift card. The card didn't work when my son opened it at HD--- was told it was a fake gift card. I emailed with gifya support and they told me to **give them my credit card number** to which they will credit the balance-- how's that for a total scam.

I'm wondering if this company is a scam because this card I texted to my daughter does not work and I sent an email to them and they're telling me ways to make it work and that I have to pay three dollars and ninety nine cents through zelley to get the money back. Tried buying an e-card for Amazon through Giftya several weeks before Christmas 2021. After several time consuming attempts, it appeared I was successful. But just a few seconds after I received a text saying my e-card had been sent to the recipient, I received a second text saying the transaction had failed. It was suggested I start from scratch and try again. No thanks. Tip for consumers:That the site is NOT user friendly.

Tried to order four visa gift cards thru google browser microsoft browser and phone app and after filling out all the info they ask for payment. I fill out paypal and credit card infor and all i ever get is sorry we can't help you. “Crap unreliable website... no support”
