After asking many questions, i realised i had run out of time to be too perfect a grandma buying a fastidious grandson his Christmas present. I chose the monogramed card holder with the central coins purse for practical reasons associated with 2025 being his first year at high school. The dad jokes were an obvious choice. He was delighted, especially by the monogram. Nothing like his initials beautifully indicating ownership.

I ordered last year for the first time for our relatives in Darwin... no fuss using the website and ordering... order arrived as promised before xmas.... again used it this year for our relatives in Darwin, easy to order and it arrived quickly with no issues. We live in Liverpool UK and its hard for us to buy for our family out in Darwin if they arent home for Christmas. I've found Gifts Australia to be the most cost effective way of sending gifts from the UK to our Australian relatives, especially since it nearly always cost more to send an item from the UK to Australia by Royal mail than the gift cost to buy in the UK! The choices are great, well organised into sub categories, making it easier to select a targeted gift. The gift selections can sometimes be quite pricey, even after currency conversion but they're always great quality and don't forget that postage saving!

Placed an order 8 days ago but still hasn't shipped and no-one is responding to messages. Very difficult t get hold of anyone in customer service. Wondering if I have been scammed, or if they are just too busy to respond. Getting very nervous as these are Xmas presents and I am worried they either won't ship, or if they do, whether they'll arrive in time. Not good customer service.
