I ordered personalised kids shin pads, with golden Baller card. I received my email to approve the design the next day. They were great! I received them a few days later in they really are great. My grandson is going to love them. The colours and design are perfect. Also the shin pads are good quality. I will definitely use Gift Goals again. It's a 👍🏻 from me!

I bought my 8 year old son 2 personalised football cards (one of him wearing an Arsenal kit and one in his local team kit in which he plays). He absolutely loved them both and displayed them in his recent football card folder with his favourite players. I think they were both great quality, but thought as they were the ‘golden baller’ card, the colour would have been shiny gold instead of yellow. One of the cards (as they are metal) were slightly sharp at one end, which was resolvable, but overall they were are great little present, and his friends thought they were great too. A lovely little keepsake.

I ordered a “Golden Baller” card for my son. At the time of order, there was only one option of the 22/23 card. On the 20th August I received my proof to approve, I checked and gave the go ahead. However the following day I come across that Gift Goals have released the newer version 23/24 on the 20th August (the same day I was asked to check my proof). Feeling disappointed that I wasn’t made aware of the newer version, I emailed asking why and if it was possible to change to the newer version and I was told no. I feel I should have been given an option or at least been made aware that there was newer version at the time of proof. I feel very let down by the customer service received.

Great service, would definitely recommend and would order again. I ordered a medal holder and forgot to add the picture. I quickly received an email to check if I did want one (I did) so I attached it to the email and the next day I received a sample picture of the medal holder. Fantastic service! Fast deliver too.
