The quality is very good, soft materials, the color just like in the pictures. It’s possible to wait a bit longer than expected, but I guess it depends on how many orders they have and what’s the country you’re purchasing from. I chose my usual lingerie size and it fits very well. They answered my message in a few hours regarding the status of my shippment. So no, it’s not a scam like other people say, maybe they just made some mistakes in the past.

I ordered 3 sets for my wife and they are stunning. Great quality, perfect fit, fast shipping. The size was just me eyeballing it as it was a surprize, so i don't really get all the negative reviews, maybe just bad luck or bad judgement of size. I will definitely be a returning customer.

The first problem occurred during delivery. I ordered underwear on 5/10/2024 and it was not sent until 11/10/2024. I had to return the order because underwear was too small. I returned the order on October 16, 2024, but the e-shop still tells me that the package has not yet arrived. Now I have no money, no underwear. It cost me 2000 CZK and now I have nothing. I want my money back, the package must have arrived by this time, otherwise the Czech Post would have returned it to me!

I received the items, but I wasn’t satisfied with the fit or the quality, so I’m trying to get a refund. It’s now the third day, and after sending three emails, I haven’t received any response.I’m not sure what steps to take or where I’m supposed to reach out.

100% SCAM. DON’T SHARE YOUR BANK DETAILS WITH THIS STORE.I tried to make an order various times, it never officially went through but charged me anyways. Be very very careful. Where's my money??

I bought a set on this website, which unfortunately wasn’t fitting at all - well that happens when you buy online and it’s fine. So I proceeded with returning and it’s been almost a month and a half since sending back and the customer support keeps telling me they haven’t received it at their warehouse yet and that I need to wait. I don’t understand what their timeline and processes are but to me its just looking that I’ll never see my money back nor I have the lingerie (that I could at least sell..) I’m never buying from this website again.

I am shocked by all the negative reviews! I have had a very pleasant first experience with Gianna Bellucci. I ordered a set on Thursday afternoon and this Saturday morning the package arrived (I am in Croatia). The size fits me well and they even put in a pair of matching stockings as a gift! I will definitely purchase something again.

Ordered a lingerie set, and I received a bra from a different set. Also, both pieces had manufacturing defects (seam tears). First update:Customer service answered my e-mail and they proposed a solution and I'm currently waiting for the new replacements. Will update this review as soon as I see the problem solved.Second update:Received one replacement today, free of charge. This time everything worked without issues. Still waiting for one more item to be shipped. Third Update:The second item was shipped and this time was the correct product without any defects. The customer service was really nice and professional and the communication was good and clear.My final rating is gonna be 4 stars.

AVOID THEM COMPLETELY! This is a horrible shop, I ordered a set and paid for EXPRESS delivery cause I needed the set for my honeymoon. Got 2 pairs of bras instead of receiving my ordered set in 3 pieces (was missing the halters and briefs). There is no way to contact their support team (I tried some sketchy contact info on their website, Facebook, Instagram) - they just don’t give a s*** for their customers and their OWN MISTAKES. After 10 days (my honeymoon already passed :( ) they reached out to me, didnt even say sorry, and told me that they would SEND ME THE MISSING PIECES ONLY WHEN I SEND THEM BACK THE SECOND BRA RECEIVED. Please girls just avoid these scammers.

Honestly, the delivery was so fast, and the lingerie sets are just amazing. The packaging is so cute- and smells goood 🫠- and the products are exactly as seen on the website. Definitely will buy again! Such a confidence booster, i’ve never felt sexier and more comfortable at the same time🩷

I have made a lot of orders on Gianna Bellucci and I love it!😍 the material is very good quality, it’s super comfy and sexy! I never had any problem with customer service, they always so helpful and I always receive a reply within a few hours. I recommend this brand for sure!❤️

I received a set as a gift and had to change the bra to a smaller size. I contacted customer service who through a generated message gave me an address to send it back. After 13€ and one month waiting I received the same size I had sent back! I contacted again and they sent me the same generated message. I explained and asked to talk to a representative but they said there are no representatives and just kept sending me generated messages. The worst customer service i ve ever experienced.

I am beyond satisfied with underwear sets I ordered. The material is great and it arrived fast (a couple days later then they said it was expected but still pretty fast). My boyfriend also liked it very much and I will definitely purchase something again.

Inaccurate delivery time and no customer service! I ordered a set which I intended to offer as a gift but the delivery time is very misleading! I especially paid for fast delivery and the order is still not here.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. They haven't answered any email I sent and still no news on my order. The order is not realised. 2 weeks after placing my order, my items are still not sent, we're 1 week after the delivery deadline. This vendor is lying with delivery dates, doesn't even inform customer about a delay, i had to write an email and wait 2 days for a reply... their customer service in scandalous.

Very vad experience with them. I ordered in november, order didn’t arrive. I ordered again in december the same thing, after sending them a message in instagram, with no answer. In january, now, they sent me an email that they aren’t going to send me the order, because I cancelled orders!!!! before, and I am not to be trusted😃
