Is ggmgastro.com Legit?

Terrible company, order said 3 days , 22 days later not received, our other order came 2 weeks late and damaged, they ignore emails asking for a resolution, do not use this company.

Customer service very bad My item which i purchased from them not delivered the right part from last 18 months

4-7 days delivery, waiting for more than a month now and I only get excuses for why they haven't sent my package yet. They blame the ship to the canary islands, 1 little item isn't in stock for ever and the only option is to cancel all and order it when it is in stock. No reasonable people that work there

Extremely slow service, and the customer service is even worse..🤦‍♂️Ordered a display fridge, and delivery was slower than expected, but that i can handle, but the fact that the unit came with a non UK plug was beyond us as this was not stated at the time of ordering.Naturally we contacted customer services, only to be told to buy an adapter..🤯🤯🤯 No consideration, no empathy, just told to incur extra cost and suck it up and deal with it... This doesn’t give faith should the unit fail at any point..🥴Will be avoiding in future as customer service leaves zero confidence...!!

Ordered 2 items, both delivered damaged. Customer service appalling, I am 1300 euros out of pocket and they don’t want to know.

The oven is exceptional.Arrived quickly, prepared as recommended and put into operation.UPS doesn't always live up to its reputation, but the support received is top notch.Tips for users:Remove the polystyrene and vacuum the remaining balls well.After vacuuming, I recommend using a hairdryer to blow the inside of the oven well and using a light, even that of your telephone, to check the inside carefully.Secure the "rubber feet" and the handle well, proceed with pre-heating in the evening.. you pay less for electricity.Good pizza!!Il forno è eccezionale. Arrivato in un lampo, preparato come consigliato e messo in funzione. UPS non sempre è all'altezza della sua fama, ma l'assistenza ricevuta è al TOP.Consigli per gli utenti: Rimuovere il polistirolo e aspirare bene le palline rimaste. Consoglio dopo l'apirazione di usare un asciugacapelli per soffiare bene l'interno del forno e con una luce, anche quella del telefono, controllare bene l'interno.Fissare bene "i piedini in gomma" e la maniglia, procedere con il pre-riscaldamento in fascia serale.. si paga meno l'elettricità. I thought for a long time whether to order goods from this site or not.Lots of negative comments here and on facebook.On May 1st I ordered a rice cooker from ggmgastro.com.The manager told me “they have a lot of work” and delivery from Germany to Estonia will take 14 days.On May 6, I received a message from ggmgastro.com that my order had been sent to UPS.On May 7, UPS sent a tracking number and said that the package would be delivered on May 13.On May 9, I received an SMS that the parcel would arrive on May 9.I am pleased with the experience with ggmgastro.com and the price of their products.I want to place a large order of equipment from ggmgastro.com.When I receive the order, I will write here.

It’s a joke looks like a scam.The customer service doesn’t exist there is only a bot that doesn’t make any sense.The issue was that It didn’t accept my vat number so I tried to find a solution but they replied with an email about my issue (customer support agent doesn’t exist you just wait and waste your time) that also didn’t make any sense about asking just for some info to make me am “offer” with my name but with an other business name .No sense at all.Total scam.Don't waste your time and your money.They look cheap but I guess it’s part of the scam to get people.

Horrible service. People of support is very rudeHorrible delivery service, they do not deliver to the address indicated in the order. leave the order on the street.I don't recommend it, I won't buy again, the worst experience I've had with online companies.

Under no circumstances buy anything from this company! 22% negative rating should be your first red flag. We paid them for a UV cabinet that never arrived. Their customer service team are they most ignorant people you could ever deal with. "UPS lost it" but when asked for the UPS number what they gave me was a lie. UPS has no record of this number. Please buy somewhere else regardless of price.

GGM Gastro has been supplying me great gear for the past 7 years.They have a huge amount of stuff the gear is good quality compared to its price elsewhereI find that there is lots of different levels of quality for the same thing which might be confusing delivery is prompt and efficient I just wish there was more support in choosing the right thing from 3-5 options all looking the same priced differently

They messed up my order with some other company order. I called the support to find out why my delivery never arrived and the first employee was incredible rude and he hunged up on me. I called a second time and this second employee was really helpful and could solve the issue, following up my case and calling me the day after to check if everything worked out.

Zero stars. The Government and trading standards should stop these scumbags to con their citizens in UK. People are getting ripped off by this German fraudulent firm

Do not order anything, total hoax! It’s very hard to communicate with this company and the shipping times they promise, are not correct. Bad quality and bad service.

This company is so bad its unbelieveable, slow to send the product, would not return it, they insist on sending a new one instead of returning the product which is obviously not a very well engineered one. I thought you could send products back no questions asked but apparently that is not true here. It took about 6 weeks to receive the product and almost a month until they answered us with all the details to send the product back. The customer service people are arrogant and not very helpful. A bad company, I’d rather cut off my foot than order from these guys again.

This websites scammed me, I have ordered and payment done of goods from this website on 5th of March but still 8th of March neither they give any information of delivery or inquiry. They can’t give complete information please give help me

Without ggm I would not be able to afford new kitchen equipment it may not be the highest quality ,but it is a lot cheaper than anywhere else. Great company and great communication skills

What a waste of time this company is. Ordered a saledette counter plus accessories from the UK on 29 April 2024, with a promised delivery time of 8 - 10 days. Been chasing them ever since. I've telephoned them in Germany twice, both times they've promised to email a delivery date by email the same day, both times they've sent nothing, no communication at all. 10 days after ordering they state that due to high order volumes all orders will be delayed. I telephoned them again in Germany and state we should have received it by now, it was a time sensitive order as it was for a shop opening. They stated that as they are waiting on the smaller items I could have asked for a partial delivery, ie the main item, the saledette counter. I stated that how am I meant to know about a partial delivery, I would have agreed to it. Not once was a partial delivery mentioned or offered.To this day I'm still waiting for this order, so I've been forced to submit a PayPal claim for a refund.Avoid these clowns at all cost.
