Unbelievable, they’ve asked me to verify the SAME payment card I already verified upon registration. GUESS WHY I tried to withdraw! Absolutely terrible experience trying to prove (again!) my identity. I have sent numerous crystal-clear photographs of my ID, which they keep strangely saying are not acceptable - even though they have accepted the exact same ID photographs previously. This is following a number of withdrawal attempts - and as noted by another reviewer, they never ask for proof of ID when taking the money, only when returning it. You cannot actually speak to anyone - you just get customer service agents who say they cannot transfer you to Verification and keep typing the same scripts over and over again. I will be reporting this to the Gambling Commission.
