This was my First time using Get Your Guide.I booked the 2 Hrs Private introduction tour of Amsterdam for my friend & I . Our Guide was Great, as was the communication from her & Get your Guide in General. We Had a Lovely couple of hrsI also bought a 3 Day Amsterdam & Regional Pass from GYG It was cheaper than buying from the Machine, or the Train station office & Schiphol. We used the passes & went to various wee places on the Train, so easy having the pass.I would happily use this Company again & recommend it to others

After being left and lost on a excursion in a nother country and another island due to the tour guides not caring about my mum who could not walk fast enough, they left us and did not even send help the second time around. And Get your guide think it acceptable to not refund us after such a terrible experience. The activity provider also refused a refund and they are still working for activity providers like this who do not care about the safety of thier customers.

A very wide choice of excursions! Detailed descriptions. Also in terms of prices - advantageous. Booking - clear and simple. I am glad that we chose this platform for two tours in Ireland from Dublin. We managed to see so much in two days! Yes, once in Sardinia the boat trip was cancelled. But it was for our safety, because the weather did not allow us to go by boat to the Maddalen Islands, but we were informed about it in time, and we got our money back very quickly. I'm already planning future trips with GetYourGuide in Rome! Really recommend to other travelers!

Perfect trip full of music, fun and water fights with other groups. Guides - Alibaba the boss, Johny Cash and Batman photographer have great team of drivers and make the trip very cool and was excelent organizated.

We booked to go to Hitler’s Eagles Nest on 19 July with Pure Bavaria Tours through GetYourGuide. They processed our payment on 17 July and then cancelled the tour on 18 July citing bad weather forecast. This left us up the creek. We managed to get booked with another, more reliable operator and had a wonderful day with wonderful weather (as was forecast). Pure Bavaria Tours took 3 days to refund us.Be warned.I tried to put a review on GetYourGuide but you can’t put a review on for a cancelled trip!!!!! So these operators can cancel without recourse.

It was an abysmal experience which could have been considerably worse had we not involved the National Gallery from the moment we felt they were not in control. Why on earth are they necessary? We know from other correspondence that they take 30% of the ticket value. In our case £33. Did they earn it? Like heck.

Very easy to use, clear routes to navigate around the site. Communication first class, tour partners that I used were first class. As a first time visitor to Sydney, I had no problems booking what I wanted, was given clear information about times and meeting places and the people I met were helpful, well informed and friendly. Perfect!

Shocking service. Booked to go to the Vatican. 20 minutes before we were due to go in we received a text saying the guide had fainted. 30 minutes later we were texted again saying we should just go in and pay for an audio guide (€16) as they couldn’t get a replacement. We paid £187 for this tour and when we complained they refunded £47 saying the provider had incurred costs. Utter crap. We paid for a service, never received that service and I genuinely believe the guide didn’t show up because there wasn’t enough booked. Complete thieves and do not book with them.

Very easy to find tours. Convenient e-tickets you can add to your Apple wallet. I accidentally booked the wrong tour and was easily able to cancel and rebook the tour we wanted. Notifications with reminders and special instructions were sent the day beforehand.

No quibble refund when our pass jeux hadn’t arrived to do a bike tour in Paris during the olympics I’m new to get your guide so was reading emails rather than in app messages I didn’t receive an email regarding this so it was all last minuteI did get an email saying I needed a pass for the Eiffel Tower but in the end it wasn’t necessary. You do need the pass if you want to walk by the Seine/Notre dame area

I used Get Your Guide throughout my trip to Europe, found all the guides very knowledgeable and friendly and with the latest technology to hear them without disrupting others not in the tour. Not having to spend hours in lines was worth the price alone.

We used GetYourGuide for transferring from a cruise ship to a London hotel. Our driver communicated with us the morning of service to introduce himself & verify when he would be picking us up & asking for details regarding the terminal. He let us know what he would be driving & was prompt. His driving was excellent and in fact we asked if he could take us to the airport later in the week. Cost was less than if the cruise line provided transportation.

Really great booking experience!! My second tour booked with GetYourGuide & certainly won't be my last!! Am already looking at a couple more tours to take 😊 Very detailed site & easy to book & use!! GYG has a wide of variety of activities, across many locations. there are a variety of options to choose from, and there are multiple reviews available for activities. The service providers that they use are very reliable, and provide regular information & updates. Refund on any cancelled activities are done on time.

I've used this app on one journey so far and liked it for being informative in terms of what to see and where.Very useful for a tourist on a holiday, especially the map that is very transparent and easy to use and follow.

We had a great experience with Get your Guide. Booking was easy and our guide contacted us prior to confirm pick up. The tour was small and our guide Stefania in Bari was very friendly and knowledgeable. Transportation was a safe Mercedes van driven by Ricardo. I would definitely use Get your Guide again!

We booked the packages both simon show & james bond island with transportation from the provider my Phuket holiday. The driver pick up us ontime at our lobby hotel. The food that they served during james bond island trip is delicious both lunch & dinner. And its easy to communicate with my Phuket holiday staff through whatsapp

Ricardo and Vitor were amazing - kudos! The day trip experience was totally worth it. Ana did a great tour at Quanta de Santa Julia. The lunch was good, and they were continuously filling our cups with wine I The experience at Kopka winery was not that impressive though. As a bigger producer, you can tell they're not really counting on the tourists and they focus more on their business. I would recommend them to serve little snacks else, you should bring your own snacks for the afternoon. Overall, it was a day well spent and we are happy. Recommending!

The driver of the Tuk Tuk was the one who made the differnence between a dissapointing experience and a great one. We had booked the Tuk Tuk via the App on line, fortunately the suppliers phone number was provided and when they were late, I managed to contact them, their response was very good.

I was only booking for a 2 hour "Ski and Snorkel" event. I think it should have been a simple matter of dealing with that company directly. I had to download your app and go through the registration process; with the same details I'd already given the ski and snorkel company.When I wanted to ask a simple question of whether I was advised to take vision glasses (in a container of some sort) on the ski, your app wanted to know a whole lot of personal data again - exposing it across the Internet. It just a simple question -"Do people normally wear their vision glasses on this trip?", the app responded with -"Choose one of the following:1 help with payments2 question about the meeting point3 question about pickup and dropoff"Totally useless. This is where "customer service" is at these days. All BS and no substance
