Overall two great trips booked with get your guide in Krakow Really good experiences and hosts which made the trips even better Transport was on time for both and really couldn't fault it Heard some negative stories from others previously but we didn't experience any of this.We booked zakopane and thermal spa in Poland and also Auschwitz tooNearly an issue with hosts and tickets the day before Auschwitz which made us panic thinking it hadnt gone to plan but it worked out nicely in the end Have used GYG a few times now in various countries and would happily continue.

We booked the 4 day Golden Triangle tour, and the driver and guides assigned through Hello India Tours were outstanding: very polite and accommodating. The booking process was easy, the iPhone version of the GetYouGuide app worked flawlessly, and we were able to keep in touch using WhatsApp. The only thing I would like to see is the ability to text using iMessage because we were not able to get good internet connections while on the road.

Booked a hot air balloon trip in Marrakech. Picked up early as arranged, had a very early little breakfast and then on to the balloons. It was magical, sunrise over the Atlas mountains. Our pilot must have been the best one, spoke 7 languages, had a wicked sense of humor. I will never forget this experience. A must to do ! I recommend 👌

We have used GYG on a few occasions this year in Barcelona in March and Prague in December. Both experiences were fabulous. Great communication prior to the event with updates as required. Both walking tour guides were amazing and knew their stuff. Most recently in Prague, Micha (Call me Michelle) was knowledgable, funny, interesting and evidently loves her home city. No question was too difficult and she thrived on the interaction of the tour group, which was much smaller than many other company's groups dragging around after an bored looking guide! We learned so much and will be back to keep exploring.

I booked a tour of the Schonbrunn palace in vienna for myself and 5 friends.The guide failed to show up ,we waited along with quite a few others for over 1 full hour.On emailing for a refund, the company is stating we weren't at designated meeting point even though I attached photographs with date and time to show that indeed we were there waiting. Disgusting customer service, as they must know the tour did not take place.Never use this company again

This platform suppose to provide services to people. In my case its an absolute disgrace. Three weeks I am waiting for a verification information but there is no respond even after 14emails.14 EMAILS!!!!

Visit to Sauchshausen concentration camp was brilliant our guide Canadian Chris was fantastic very knowledgeable an respectful too. Lot of people don't know about this camp well worth the visit . Price was great too for bus tour cheaper than some of train tours an much quicker. Booking through get your guide simple communication from booking to strting tour gave all help an information needed would definitely use again

The salt mine was fantastic! Brilliant lighting and a wonderful atmosphere. What an achievement! Our guide Mauricio made the trip especially enjoyable - He arranged everything for us and could not have been more helpful and friendly! Thank you Mauricio.

Had car booked New York to hotel. Car was not present contacted company told he is coming some accident in airport road. Tried 10 times to get location car as was freezing cold in pickup lane finally got a photo of car in times square. It took 2 hours for pickup and all taxis and Ubers moving freely so hard to believe. Car sent no English and had rotted food inside not great experience all round

I booked a whale shark activity with getyourguide in Cebu Philippines. The day before i messaged them to confirm that everything is fine with the activity/tour.They confirmed everything was fine and that i will have a great time.Four hours later they messaged me again saying that due to some government restrictions with one of the locations they will not be able to do the tour. This was at 8pm and the tour was starting at 4am.Had to rush and find a last minute booking with another company.GetYourGuide is not reliable. They show only 5stars but they do not allow us to leave reviews if they cancel last minute.

I booked a tour of Tulum ruins days in advance. The tour was canceled the day of (after midnight). This gave me no opportunity to reschedule with someone else as it was my last day in Mexico. I tried going on my own, but the closer I got to the ruins the more expensive the entrance became. Many scammers trying to charge extra, hard to tell which is the official ticket booth. It totally left a bitter taste in my mouth. So thoughtless to leave me hanging last minute without offering an alternative. The same 24 hour cancellation policy should apply to the provider that applies to me.

Many thanks to Erik and his companion for the unforgettable tour of the slums, it was such an experience... Under Erik's guidance, we felt safe and protected, but what we saw left a harsh, very depressing impression. For us, living in Europe, it was a very harsh and heart-wrenching experience - seeing how people live in the 21st century, the environment children grow up in, and the surroundings, daily life, and living conditions. It was something that we won't forget for a long time. Seeing this, it seems that sometimes we in Europe fight over such trivial things. Thank you, Erik, and strength to you in providing assistance to the children living in the slums of Nairobi

On Tuesday 10th December I went on a trip to Auschwitz and Birkenau with GetYourGuide. It was brilliant from start to finish. They were on time, the driver Thomas was great and the guide we had was really knowledgeable and passionate. Honestly we had a very positive experience and can't fault the service we received at all.

I had a great day, private tour from Jogja, ID, to Borobudur and Prambanan temple sites. Friendly competent driver named Bas, had all tickets ready, could cut queues and was good company on the road. Also booking and communication went smoothly all the way.

Used get your guide twice while in Krakow. A trip to Auschwitch, contacted via WhatsApp night before with times of pick up, good trip, excellent guide. We decided to do a city tour on an electric golf cart, asked for price on street they wanted over £100 for 2 people, went online with gey your guide booked for a 3rd of the price. The tour was great, and very informative. I would highly recommend booking trips through them
