We came up with the 53.3 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to getnovawave.com's industry. The algorithm detected possible high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Questionable. Minimal Doubts. Controversial. tags above. Explaining Our Analytical Approach
We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:
- Proximity to Suspicious Websites
- Threat Profile
- Phishing Profile
- Malware Score
- Spam Score
- Domain Blacklist Status
- HTTPS connection
- Domain Creation Date
While some are self-explanatory concerning getnovawave.com, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between getnovawave.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of getnovawave.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of getnovawave.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. getnovawave.com is a dubious website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.
Domain Blacklisting Status
This term indicates whether getnovawave.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.
Assessing HTTPS Connectivity
This section provides insight into whether getnovawave.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.
Safe Check
We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, getnovawave.com.

I DID NOT order this. The first I ever heard of this was when I received an email that I was charged $121 for three of these "antennas." I have cable, wifi, and rabbit ears for emergencies. When I got the email a few weeks ago, I thought it was another one of those scams that WANTS YOU to buy something or give personal info. I just saved the email just in case. Then this joke of an antenna arrived today. A piece of plastic with a skinny wire attached. I have contacted Paypal to dispute the charge. I hope they can resolve the issue. It boggles my mind to think how someone got my paypal info to scam this purchase. Maybe when I actually ordered something else.
I ordered the product that sells for over a hundred dollars instead i have this dinky square thing that sells for 39.00 elsewhere plus what i ordered was round and easy to use i already have two pieces of s--- and now a third one that is suppose to be 100.00 that was for 50.00/ another bunch of scam thank you.
I have sent numerous messages to Novaware both by email and the messaging app to cancel my purchase. Novaware email server does not accept emails. The Novaware team has not responded to messages sent to them via their app. Without any responses to messages I suspect that Novaware is one expensive scam. According to their coverage app my area is not covered by transmission towers. Be aware stay away from Novaware.
I should have read reviews on Novawave before ordering, as it would have saved me a lot of money and trouble. They charged a shipping charged even though their ad said Free Shipping. I received a response to me email to customer service request for a refund, stating "they would look into the specifics...I may need a bit of time." After 18 days, I tried to cancel online 4 times, but it stated invalid order number, or verification expired, or timed out, and then just would not allow me to select "Submit." So I emailed them again to cancel and refund the $94.93 for the antenna, amplifier, & life-time warranty, plus shipping with no response. Then I received the product, and again could not request Return and Refund online. So I tried to email and it was rejected "mailer-daemon" as "address could not be found." Obviously, they are not a reputable company., to say the least.
I have never heard of this company and I never ordered anything from them. I do not use an antenna for my TV. The only way I found out about this is I saw it on my bank account as being charged for two different charges which I had no idea what they were until I received the package today and that’s when I realized that that’s what these charges were for, some kind of stupid antenna and signal booster that I did not order, never heard of this company and have no idea how they got my information. I have contested this with my bank to refund me my money. The law says that if somebody send you something that you did not order or did not buy then you do not owe them for that product and you get to keep it. I really don’t want to keep it, but I sure had not going to pay to send it back to you . I didn’t order it. I don’t want it and if you want it back you better send me a prepaid label.
My first contact with Tanscata LLC (Novawave) was June 30, 2024 to make purchases with the understanding from their site that the delivery may take 3 to 9 days. On July 10, 2024, I called the Seller and the agent stated that it would take yet another 3 to 9 days for delivery. I stated that I would contest the order. Their telephone number shows as “Regal Law Offices,” not Tanscata LLC or NovaWave. I also called the telephone number they list with BBB but that number has a looped message stating “no agent available at this time.” I had two transactions that totaled $84.00. They are listed as Tanscata LLC with PayPal and sell several products with different names. I made my dispute through Paypal and seek to get my refunds.
this place took my money provided a tracking number that doesnt work with any courier service and says to get my money I need to return a product that was never shipped.
What a rip off. Did not even receive the 2 antennas and the 2 amplifiers I ordered. ( order # 1604370, 1604372) I I bought this on June 26. Been in contact with them twice. Can not get a tracking #. DO NOT get suckered like I did
I have been trying to reach them for 4 days now to get the correct address to return this items that don't work at all this company is one big JOKE
Why are people such suckers? Its just a cheap antenna!go to Walmart!
Did not order - yet you illegally sent it. It says free shipping then charges $10 to ship.Read the reviews - it does not work and is a SCAM!!!
Took a long time and only thru this reviewer did I finally get someone to acknowledge and refund my money. Issue resolved but I will not be using this company. Charged me twice, nothing sent, won’t answer questions. Responding to their order #question…they have asked this before and NO response in email. I want these two orders refunded! Only ordered 1, charged twice, and NO product!! Guarantee this will go no where! image ORDER SUMMARY Order Number: 2219292101Order Date: 7/3/image ORDER SUMMARY Order Number: 2219292181Order Date: 7/3/
I have tried my new novawave antenna out for 4 days and it barely picks up any stations that are less than 75 miles away!! Customer service WILL NOT respond!! I hoped it would get better reception than the less expensive one I have used for years!! Am returning today and expect a full refund!! I will contact the BBB and social media about this useless product!! I am receiving a refund from this company afterall! Thank you!
This is my second review, too; Warren, anyone considering ordering Novawave's junk product. It's nothing more than a price if plastic that connects to an analogy antenna that does not work PERIOD!!!!I have made a number of request to return this bogus Novawave antenna with no success. The only thing they offer is apologies that goes nowhere. Getting an RMA number from Novawave is impossible!! This company is a complete SCAM. Don't waste your time or money with this scam company; you will lose both!!!!!!!
Hi Guys - I actually own Novawave.co.uk (an unrelated company which specialises in aviation consultancy). It's being widely reported in the US that there is an extensive Novawave Antenna scam....please do not buy. NB novawave.co.uk is completely unrelated
Order number 2219327031Confirmed on 7/8/2022Tracking number - 4207520892748927005722010002278055Has been sitting somewhere "usps awaiting package".Called 7/18/2022 requesting my money back.Told to leave voice mail.McAfee blocks my computer from going to the customer service site. So used an old computer to reach them. Still no response.Should have read the correct reviews and not those paid by Novawave. But too late.Scott Farris
I'm afraid this company is a scam. I ordered with extensions and extra service for more than $76 3 weeks ago, have tried multiple times to contact the company, left emails, voicemail. There is no response, no way to track the order and I'm afraid I have lost all my money. Please do not order from this company. It is apparently disreputable and must be reported to the FTC, FCC and Interstate Commerce Commission which I have done with other scam companies. Your money is too important to throw away.
They have advertised a good product with a possibility for a refund if this antenna was not helpful in our TV reception. This was our case as we live in a zone of the town near a mountain. We were very happy to have been giving this opportunity to try something different. Our request for a refund was manage in the nicest way possible, fast and effective. They do what they said. Period.
i ordered three nova antennas and would not work i my area so i ask about returning them and i sent them back and they have been recieved back at the return ware house that was two weeks ago and still waiting a full refund i requested .so I bought an antenna at local store for a few bucks and it works , novawave antenna didn't do anything and cost was to high , I lost money on return shipping.Just not happy with this novawave product.
I purchased three Novawave antennas in April, 2023. i discovered that there were no television towers in the area so the antennas wouldn't work. I contacted Novawave regarding a refund. It took more than two weeks for someone to get back to me. Initially they offered me a 50% refund and I could keep the antennas( that i couldn't use) Finally I got a mailing label. I mailed them back May 10 Still no refund on July 10,2023. Have attempted numerous times to email with this concern but then customer service email gets a "There was a problem message" and the" refunds and returns" page doesn't work. I will have to contest this charge with my credit card company

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
