Is getmydrivers.com Legit?

Beware of the hidden fees. They will charge you 20 dollars every month. I don't understand why they have so many good reviews. Fake reviews?!

This is a scam. The website states "free download" and that's what I did in May 2024. I ordering this "free" service. After ordering, I believed that I was going to be charged, so I immediately canceled the service. I didn't know I was being charge $20/month until noticing it on my credit card. I immediately cancelled the service. Free is not free with this website. I never downloaded any drivers or had any drivers changed on my computer.

Getmydrivers website was truly clear and precise about its product information. All my questions were answered on the website without any axillary help. Ordering Getmydrivers was extremely easy and downloading onto my computor was a snap. Honestly, I reviewed this product, then made my decision to purchase it within 15 minutes. I downloaded the product to my computer and was running my first scan (in which I found 12 outdated drivers) within 10 minutes. Within forty minutes of finding Getmydrivers website I had updated all my drivers on my laptop computer. Thank you for such an easy solution to my driver problem.

The young man I spoke with was extremely polite and respectful. He knew what he was doing and proved that in the efficient manor in which he solved my problem. He is the kind of person who would work assiduously to get the job done. Without being pleonastic, he explained to me what the cause of my problem was. His explanations were concise without being terse. Unlike others who try to obfuscate the problem, especially when it is user error, he was refreshingly truthful. I consider this particular young man to be the paragon in his field.

I don't give reviews however, I was so amazed with the product that it moved me to write this. The whole process was so easy, everything from setup to purchase. Everything worked great and my computer is now faster and better operating. I would most definitely recommend this company for anyone looking to update their computer drivers.

The technician who finally was given my ticket was very good and efficient. He was thorough and completed everything that I requested.You do have holes in your system as far as getting to the the proper person at US Tech. The 1st responder had a hard time communicating and understanding English which was a problem since I speak English. Also, I waited more than 3 hrs. from my call in to finally get a call back and that was after I initiated a 'chat session' and complained incessantly. Computer Support, my old supplier, was much better in getting clients to technicians. Most people who call your service have a problem that can't wait 4 hrs. to be resolved.

The representative Mark is very knowledgeable, professional, kind and very helpful. He assist me with Microsoft software, and solve my computer problem. Give Mark a pay increase & promote him. He will be great asset for Support.com Tech. Thank You Mark

One of the best computing services. For computer geeks like me it is really important to keep our desktops top notch and this application helps me do that! First I needed different software's for every task but this application gives me all the services including virus detecting, firewalls, junk erasing and boostinh. i highly recommend it!!!

NEB (agent) was very, very helpful and patient.I am 79 yrs old senior. She took her time to explain everything in detail. I was mistaken about my previous order and she cancelled it on my behave which I appreciated very much. Great job!!!

I installed the software & immediately had a Windows error. Their Tech line wasn't able to either phone me or get onto my PC, which meant I spent around 2 weeks back & forth with absolutely no resolution.On 3rd November 20203 I asked for a refund due to these problems & heard nothing back.On 22nd December they then have the audacity to charge me for ongoing Tech support...!Today (28th Dec) I contacted the helpline & guess what, only then did I get it cancelled with the remark, 'I can't get you a refund as it's company policy'.This is disgraceful behaviour by what appears to be indifferent staff.

This was a simple problem but not one my limited computer knowledge could solve. I appreciate that the technician quickly resolved but he showed me how I can do it myself in the future. This service has a good value to cost relationship.

My working with Fernando Ignacio was wonderful. I asked if I could use the keys to follow what was being done. I warned him I have hearing aids, but he spoke slowly so I could hear anything he said clearly. He was one of the best support staff I have worked with. I hope something goes on his staff record to indicate how wonderful he is.

US Tech Support Gave me Christine Palizer to help me with an issue I was facing with my ancient, slow desktop. I have enjoyed using SMUD for a few years and the PC needed some updating. Christine suggested getting the newer SMUD subscription for 2024, which now had several updates which would benefit the PC. I took her advice, bought the latest, she installed it, and fixed an astounding number of issues—14, to be precise. Ran a scan, fixed two issues, then installed SMUD into the Surface 3 tablet, and fixed some issues there. I am most grateful to have had this impressive level of help from Christine, and I thank her for her patience, focus, and dedication; systematically working through each area, explaining what she was doing, finding, and fixing and provided me with certain tips to keep my desktop running smoothly. She also suggested I call for a tune-up more frequently than I had been doing to date. I would highly recommend Christine of SMUD to everyone, including friends and family. Thank you, SMUD. I had spoken to a specialist yesterday 9-8-2023, and he said he wasn't able to fix what I needed and that a specialist, with experience with my problem would CALL me back to fix it and Guess what? They did as they said they would. Jefferey. called and was very patient with me and addressed all of my concerns.

The technician is an expert and thoroughly spent the necessary time and fixed the problem. After talking with other technicians I see that Rhoyland is the best. He found the error and explained the situation to me.

The cost for the Support.Com services have proven to be one of the best values for the money spent. He went to work explaining what he was doing & why - very clearly and spoke to my level of understanding on how he was going to fix and check out everything on my computer. He was very knowledgeable and in making me aware of how to stay out of trouble in the future. He educated me on how to update my old computer & what to watch out for when I was ready to buy a new computer. He is a great person to have on your staff of technicians. He represents the feeling of security and safety in dealing with your company. I am very happy with the service he performed in fixing my computer. Do not lose this type of person, he is a rare type. He has a great personality and is very professional in a friendly way.
