Buyer Beware - or better yet, just stay away from Tvidler or you will regret it! This company is unethical. Ordering process is meant to deceive consumers into ordering more product than intended. No Order Summary page is ever displayed. Defaults to 4 and never tells you when your items has been added to the cart. When trying to return extra items, RMA links they send are always "expired" even though it is within the 30 day window. They will delay, asking for info you have already sent or claiming that they are too busy to respond, stringing you along until it is too late. Returns page shows address in Germany, even though the merchandise was clearly sent from Maryland. Credit card dispute is responded with "We have provided them with complete return instructions." BBB complaints tell the story, as well as Amazon reviews saying product doesn't work. When your product sucks, you must resort to these dishonest practices to make money.

Seems like you cared. Shipped fast. Works very well. Needs better advertisement so that it shows it is a real product. Should be supplied to doctors for patients.

I ordered a quantity of 1, but was charged for four, which came to $55! When I immediately emailed a cancellation request and stated my reason, I was told the same as others have experienced. The order had miraculously already been sent for fulfillment, though it was literally minutes since I placed the order. I tried to call, but was put on hold for a very long time, due to a “high volume of calls”. Yeah, probably other buyers that were scammed and are trying to get their money back, too. Wish I had checked TrustPilot and Reddit first like I normally do for purchases from unknown vendors like this one.

If I could have put zero stars, I would have! The Tvidler is absolutely dangerous and have caused harm to my hearing. I am having to see a consultant as since using it (exactly to instructions) I cannot hear, particularly in one ear and there is a lot of noise in that ear, which I did not suffer before using the Tvidler. It has left me very stressed and in distress. I wrote to Tvidler but got a very disappointing reply saying that it was out of the 30 day refund, so basically nothing could be done!! No mention of the harm caused by Tvidler! No empathy whatsoever. Another problem was that after I paid for the Tvidler, another charge was made by Tvidler for a case not authorised! Am now chasing a refund through PayPal and will take the other problems further.

This site is, hands down, the sneakiest website I've ever accessed!! Once you're sucked into their initial ad campaign & decide to order (the TVidler earwax cleaner, in my case 🙄🙄), you get unending page after page of additional useless upsells. Heaven forbid your finger doesn't click Just Right on the deny button! It's an Automatic purchase that flies straight thru without a Review Order page in sight!! My planned order blossomed instantly from $21.94 to an insane $85.90 which I immediately canceled but "Oh Sorry, it's already being picked at the warehouse!!" (The Biggest crock of BS Ever!!). & even tho I immediately canceled, I got "No problem, you can"easily" return anything you don't want".... Riiiiiiiiiiiight. It's "easy" if you don't mind paying an additional $30 for shipping to GERMANY, for Pete's sake!! To top everything else off, the stupid earwax cleaners don't even fit into my ears!! 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️. This entire debacle was a Horrid mistake & I strongly recommend that Everyone run fast & far from clicking anything from TVIDLER.

Do not order from Tvidler. I ordered one (1) item and they charged my Visa for (4. Immediately contacted them and they said sorry already processed. They refused to refund my frauded Visa charges. It arrived and I was charged 58.00 dollars duty. They portray as a Canadian Company but the product is shipped via USA. Here’s the crunch, the return label is Germany and they do not provide paid postage which is a perfect way to discourage returns due to high cost to send overseas. Oh my what a way to take your money! Please do NOT ever buy from this company. They also offer apologies with your experience with no resolve.
