Is geologie.com Legit?

I’ve been using Geologie for about 6 day now and it has been the pivotal change in my skin’s appearance. I used to have acne all over my cheeks and a little on my forehead and chin. After a couple months I started seeing big changes; especially after the purging phase. My skin looks so much better now

I had a lot of guidance from professions from the Geologie staff throughout my journey. When I first got my skincare regiment from Geologie my skin got irritated and itchy, however, Andy at Geologie told me about this little thing called “Purging” and this is where you skin gets worse before it gets better and it means the product is actually working. I also expressed other concerns with the team at Geologie and they never backed down from helping me.All in all, with the quality of Geologie products and their fantastic customer support, there is no doubt that Geologie is the best skincare brand out there!

Never really knew I needed this till now. These products are excellent my skin has never looked better. Thank you Geologie!!!

Geologie is a great company that makes a great product. I use their skin care products but have also recently gotten into their natural deodorant which is awesome. I’ve also connected with their Customer Service to talk about a shipment delay and not only did they respond right away, they made sure a new shipment went out same day and it showed up ahead of schedule.

I asked Aleksandra to help me switch out some items for some new items. She was responsive and kind and helpful! Can't wait to try the new stuff.

I've been using the Geologie system for my face and body for 3 months now. I've seen great improvement in acne breakouts and dryness. They also have great customer service and email you back quickly and give great information. For example, the retinol in the night cream caused me to peel but they encouraged me to stick drug it and they were correct. My skin adjusted and it is now very beneficial. I'm very happy with their products.

I've been using Geologie products for over a year now and I'm quite satisfied with the results. My skin is noticeably cleaner and clearer. On top of that, the customer service is very quick and attentive.

I think that this product at this time is a good fit for me. Having used so many different products I found these to suit my needs. And the convenience of not having to remember to buy more with there subscription service makes it a no brainer for lots of people.

I really enjoy the products. My favorite is the 3 minute mask, but the regimen is great too. I have never been able to be consistent with a skincare regimen until now and i just turned 50 recently. I was fully aware that with the trial I was signing up for a subscription. I have been able to change my order with no challenges and even was able to update my delivery and transaction date.

Great skin care products! I have used a bunch of skin care routine products from some of the more inexpensive items in Target to the other side of the spectrum where you are looking at $150 for a jar of night cream. I find Geologie products to be at a great price point, easy to use, easy to understand, and is very effective. Great stuff!

Have tried many brands to include very expensive ones supposedly used by movie stars. None compare to the results using Geologie facial care products. And their CoWash for hair is a winner too. Great products and customer service - 5 stars for sure!

This company is terrible!!! I didn't order $200 worth of skin care (original order just $42) and with NO RETURN policy. I'm writing every possible poor review. What a terrible way to scam customers!!

I was skeptical about using yet another facial product but I did. I cleansed and moisturized daily expecting nothing. Around the tenth day as I was looking in the mirror I was really super surprised. I noticed a big positive difference in my skin. My skin was smoother, softer and looked healthier. Try it you’ll be surprised.

Geologie has many extremely helpful products. These amazing products also come at a very reasonable price. It's very comforting to know that my skin is in good hands.

I been trying so many brands and none of them work I had redness spots and dryness that made me feel insecure every time I wanted talk to someone, but everything change when I decided to make my skincare routine with the geologie kit, and I noticed some changes within a week with a super smooth face.I’m so happy that I rushed my order with an extra face cream just in case 😎

Just finished up a dispute with them regarding the trial that others have discussed in this thread. To be honest, I have a hard time believing the positive reviews at all. I am assuming they are strictly talking from a product quality perspective because the best skincare product I have ever used would not be enough for me to recommend their company.I was offered a "FREE SAMPLE" in which I would receive 4 sample items for just the cost of shipping. I placed this order on May 3 and then on May 31, I was charged $195.89 for a monthly subscription of those 4 items + 1 item I had paid to be added to the free sample gift. At no point in the checkout process had I agreed to a monthly subscription. I do not doubt that they probably have it in 6pt font somewhere near the bottom but regardless, what we are now discussing is the use of incredibly deceptive marketing tactics. I emailed the company BEFORE the charge fully hit my account, requesting a refund and cancellation. They do not refund, they do not accept returns. Going from $8 shipping under the guise of a FREE GIFT to then being charged monthly for almost $200 is massively irresponsible, disingenuous, and exploitative. They do not care about their consumers despite the fact their charge on my account would've put me into over-drafting my account. This is not how you keep new business.Countless companies, including software companies and airlines, have been targeted with lawsuits by FTC for things like hiding fees or terms, and preventing easy cancellation. Geologie's marketing practices feel no different to me. I was able to receive a refund with my dispute, however, avoid the hassle completely and do not buy from this company!

Andy at Geologie is amazing! He is great to work with and is quick to answer any questions. He definitely has Geologie’s customers best interest at heart and does his absolute best to answer questions and support their needs.

Similar to a few of the other reviews here, I purchased the product with a discount code just to try it out. I thought the product was actually pretty alright and I didn't have to pay an arm and a leg for it at first. Then, about 1 month later, I checked my account and saw a $280 transaction which, I really couldn't afford. I'm going through the process of seeking a refund and as the response I did receive failed to acknowledge the high charge, I'm heavily considering pursuing this further. This charge was unprompted and again, similar to some other recounts on here, I received no notice of a product being shipped or purchased. Now I fear that their refund policy will say that they can't do anything, even upon review, the charge shouldn't have been more than $77 every 3 months as it said at checkout on their website, even with the trial period accounted for it was never displayed to cost anything over $80.

Like the team at Geologie always, Angela was responsive right away and very clear in her communication to my question.
