Is genovaskincare.com.au Legit?

I wish I took before and after photos as I cannot believe how great this product is. I bought the scar gel to see if it will help treat my post surgery scar (carpal tunnel surgery) within 10 days the scar is 50 percent less visible. I also had a small but noticable scar on my nose which ive had for over 2 years very frustrating in photos and I can't even notice where the scar was. I cannot stop talking about this product.

Great company impressed with their integrity to great service. If their ethical business practice speaks for their products, good results are more than probable. Looking forward to trying them out. Glad I gave them a go.

I am 6 months post operation and been using the scar gel and have been impressed with the results. My scars are flat and I can tell already it's helping with the reduction of redness. Highly recommend

After having a major operation on my neck start of September & being left with a huge scar I decided to use the silicone scar gel. It's now been 12 weeks since starting the gel and I'm very happy with the results. I get lots of positive comments on how the scar is healing. Ordering on line was easy, fast & efficient.

My initial email contact regarding what Genova products would be recommended for my skin, was answered thoroughly and promptly. I ordered the products and they arrived expediently. Although I have only been using them for a short time I am optimistically impressed so far. The packaging, with a pump bottle (plastic), resting in a moulded liner, in a box, with a printed product insert enclosed in a paper sleeve is somewhat excessive in my mind and is my only issue. It is challenging my environmental ethics. And of course, ordering on line requires yet another box for mailing. But it did all arrive safe and sound.

Quiet disapointed, brought eye serum used whole bottle over 3 months, did not reduce dark circles and on occasions it had a burning sensation. Also bought scar serum have used it twice a day since April 12th has not reduced old or new scars. Very disappointed as i asked the question at 4 weeks and was advised to keep using it twice a day so i bought another bottle hoping to see results.

Really amazing customer service from start to finish. I had a question and the customer service team responded and followed up with me often to ensure everything was going well. I haven’t had customer service that great, pretty much ever really. It seemed like they genuinely cared about me getting good results from their products, which I really like. Definitely recommend this company.

I have been using the Age Spot Serum for over a year and will continue using it for many more. I was skeptical at first, but with continued use over 4 weeks I noticed the brown spots/pigments on my face fade. I have continued using it religiously since and now feel very comfortable not wearing makeup to hide those spots. I ordered the silicone gel for some small keloids I have on my face, and I’m really happy with it! I massaged some of the gel into the keloids twice a day for a few months. The smaller ones flattened completely, and the biggest one I have is probably 50% smaller (I expect it could flatten if I started using it again too). I haven’t used the gel in probably over six months, and the keloids haven’t grown back at all which is amazing!The order arrived really fast as well!

I have used the silicone scar gel before its great product to reduce new & old scars have to be patient see a difference in 3 , 6 mths its nearly dismished mine!

It feels great for my skin it really works well but still have a visible scars when you stare at sunlight

I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly this product worked on the scar on the top of my arm. The pain that I had been experiencing was considerably reduced and the height of the scar has lowered.
