I have the extraordinary luck of living walking distance from Genesis Imaging. I took an A3 size artwork there recently and received a top quality scan, on a smart key-chain flash drive, within a few days. The staff took time to work with me and discuss the next options. I’m brand new to modern printing so listened to their advice and placed myself fully in their hands. I’m thrilled with the results and won’t look any further next time I need personal attention for something I care about.

Outstanding in every way, with the best customer service I’ve encountered anywhere! As I haven’t needed to use a professional lab that often I’ve sometimes felt a tad intimidated at other labs. Not so at Genesis - the highly skilled team are all so friendly and accommodating, and, despite their many famous clients, they make it seem like no job is too small or humble. A joy to work with.

In early March I asked Genesis Imaging to make a copy of a large oil painting. They gave really helpful advice on the choice of materials, the colouring of the final product, the timescales and the pricing. The real wow though was in the final product - which was absolutely fantastic. The recipient of the copy thought it better than the original! At the point of payment I was also given a 30% discount as a first time customer, which was both unexpected and welcome.I have no doubt that I will be using the services of Genesis Imaging again.

Very good responsive service to get exactly what I wanted including quality of paper etc. Prompt efficient delivery. The prints themselves are better than I had hoped - really superb images of a richly coloured complex work of art. And what seems to me to be a very fair price for the quality.

I wanted a series of 5 colour files converted to b/w and then printed A2+ onto 'raw' aluminium. Genesis did a small test and it wasn't quite as reflective as I expected (due to subject matter). They advised trying white coated alu. That looked great and I went ahead with the order. Unfortunately, converting to b/w and make the results match so they look similar when viewed side-by-side is not an exact science and needs a few further tests. I attended a further check and then came in a last time to look at the end results. Couldn't have been happier! Staff at Genesis were fab: very friendly, patient, professional and in their email/phone communications with me!Next project I have I'll be working with them again!

I was referred to Genesis orginally by the artist Martin Fuller but carried on the association when I was Chief Executive of the UK Supreme Court. Their work is of a very high standard, beautifully presented and with excellent customer service. I have dealt with Alex and always found him very responsive, flexible and understanding of priorities and requirements but with the confidence and expertise to make informed suggestions. I have had a series of very professional framings but also, for the 200th anniversary of St John's Waterloo, an immaculate reproduction of the inscription formerly on a wall in the church, now removed. A five star company.

This is my first experience with Genesis Imaging. I contacted them as I needed framing of a large artwork and I was rather nervous about it as I'm not an art collector and this was a total first for me. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful with their advice and put me at ease that the artwork was in safe hands. Lynda was such a star, always responding promptly. The quality of the frame is outstanding and complements the artwork perfectly. I'm over the moon and cannot recommend Genesis Imaging highly enough! I will certainly use them again!

This is the 4th fine art printing job I’ve had genesis imaging do for me over the past 5 years. They continue to produce high quality prints with excellent colour clarity and great paper stock.

Really helpful and hands-on printing technicians! After having emailed Genesis my slightly unconventional plan to print directly onto a gesso and animal hair primed canvas, Bernie invited me to come and do some test prints. Deep was super helpful with the whole printing process and kind enough to chat to me about their incredible printers while my piece printed super quickly!
