Is geekvape.com Legit?

Be careful scammers!!my new Geekvape got defective in the first 14 days.i went to their website and after 3x 2h support session i still didnt recieved my replacement...they always say they busy and i will receive in the next 48h a email for my replacement. never got an email and its now over 1 month

What a waste of my time and money. I ordered atomizers. USPS tracking reflects the shipping label was created, awaiting item. GeekVape staff use the excuse that delays are being caused for USPS due to weather. Post Office doesn't have order yet per their site. Three weeks later GeekVape staff say item was overlooked because of their peak season. I don't CARE for excuses. Stop taking orders/money if you can't fulfill timely. Website states 3-5 days. I wasn't aware this order was coming from some basement in China. Clarify shipping time lines on website.

Bought a geek vape L200 mod kit & it didn’t even last 2 months. Today it kept showing 2 bars on the second battery, even when I switched batteries. When I hit it, it would stop & say overheat after a second or two. Disappointed to say the least!!

This is my 2 one I got in geek mode I would not get this again it is a piece of crap. It leaks their coils are bad. I would much rather pay a little bit more and get a different brand. I just want one that works definitely and it’s like if you go to the stores the vape store you might as well forget that because most of them are either gonna be recalled which I’ve run into that and you can’t find the coils, so I started getting more expensive ones order online and they are great so don’t deal with these stores in town. They don’t care.

geek vape is complete rubbish. ive had three of their products, which cost approx 80 quid including batteries. the latest problem with their product was 'atomizer short' on a brand new tank!!!! ive had so many problems before this, and their support is rubbish. Ive just thrown all three 80 quid vapes into the rubbish bin, as i just dont have the patience anymore. i think the people making and selling geek vape are pure evil and i wish them all to froad. save your money ....YetAnotherScamChineseCompanyRippingOffTheEuropeans shame on anybody who works for this criminal organisation pushing satanic death product that kill and maim. Purchased in December 2023, started leaking inside itself a month later. Contacted support for a replacement. Finally got approved for the replacement a month after starting the ticket. They said it would take 30-45 business days to receive but after 2 months, I emailed again. They said they had a backorder & would be out soon. They sent a tracking number (China post) but now another 2 months later, still no replacement. Customer support could only say that a supervisor will call me tomorrow. I won't be holding my breath...horrible support.

Puchased a Geekvape ONE four months ago. First pod burned up on my first breath. Ordered two 3 pack replacement pods over the ensuing 4 months. 4 of those 6 did not last a week before burning up. Customer service basically said "Sorry, your problem, not ours". Lousy quality. Abjectly horrid customer service. Will never use this company again. Do not recommend.

Awful customer service system. Bought two vapes, neither worked. Waited two months for a replacement. Replacements didn't match original product and was told we can't return them again and there's nothing they can do. I liked this companies vapes for awhile but nothing can be done I guess if you can't order what you want.

After buying quite a few different vapes that broke when I dropped them or wore out fairly quickly I bought a Geekvape. It's still working a year later which is a record for me. It's sturdy and very well engineered. The batteries (bought separately) are replaceable and it comes with spare parts as well which was very helpful.

Just another scam company. 3-5 working days they advertise. Paid for expedited shipping for quicker service and still not delivered. Check tracking and it was sent the cheapest rate coming from China. Order from a USA warehouse? Lol Zero customer support. Stay away will most likely have to chargeback

Been using geek products for the last 6 months, Lately the coils have been burning out at an alarming rate (No fault of my own)Customer service was poor wouldn’t refund coils or tank as it’s a few weeks out of the eligible time for the tank & now they keep terminating my online chat refuse to talk worst customer service EVER if you get Kevin good luck he’s uselessWould recommend using another brand #MTL DUD!

Utterly appalling customer support, tried to warn them of dangerously faulty products, I never spoke to the same 'name' twice in an email. Completely automated responses and then they wanted me to make video`s of myself using their faulty products when I had warned them of dangers??? wth?

I bought a mod, 2 weeks later one of the pins below the tank got stuck down. After 2 months of emailing everyday, they did send me an upgrade. 3 months later the top of the mod came flying up and hit me in the face while trying to use it. I contacted warranty. Today i get an email stating that they only give out 1 replacement, and this "replacement"; which has a full warranty, is out of warranty.

I have 5 various models and have never had any issues with them. Coils are best bought from your local store as amazon bought coils can be hit and miss, also you must prime coils correctly or they can burn out fast. Geekvape products come with plenty of spare silicon rings and are of the highest quality,in over two years I’ve only had one leak that was caused by one silicon seal hardening from heat generated by daily use, so buy yourself a twin or quad charger to avoid damage to your charging port, also when you replace a coil don’t use force when screwing your tank back together as the silicone seals get crushed and will leak. So just a bit of common sense will go a long way. Sorry some of you had bad experience with these fine and well made products as mine have been EXELLENT so far. Geekvape products rock 10/10 stars.

Good hardware, terrible company. Support simply dont read issues or respond to what your asking, if they respond at all.. Weeks into months to ask a simple coil reset question with constant wrong, irrelevant, and flat out incorrect replies. That was after a multi month ship off ali express from the origonal store. Horrible company for after sales and support

Guarantee is worthless they do not honor it. Product male functions. On the fact they will not honor their guarantee I would stay away from them.

I ordered a vape from the online store and there was a small delay in the shipping because part of the order was on back order and I wasn't aware. Partially my fault I guess but it didn't mention this anywhere, I contacted customer support and they were able to send me the vape before the extra coils for 5.00 came in about 5 days. The quality of the vape is good.

Advertised as "The most durable vape booster". (wow)The battery compartment thread of my Aegis wore off within a month when changing the battery once a day. Now the cap won't stay on, rendering the whole mod useless.Cheap materials, bad design. Aegis not recommended.----Added approximately a year after writing the review:This review was written specifically about the Aegis mod. The tank that came with it is what I'd consider a five-star product. I'm still using it up to this day!

Highly disappointed!!! I've purchased 5 of their models now, (including 2 Geek Vape Obelisk 60 in the space of 10 months.)Thought they were the dogs but would now never touch them with a barge pole.Update - Also had one bought as an Xmas gift, another Obelisk...Thought it may prove handy as a pocket sized unit and having used it twice, one of the magnetic plates fell off in a busy venue today 11/2/23 and now it doesn't work!!!How the hell does this company get away with it????Aaaaaghhhhh!!!!!FFS! Same as everyone else going on a month or 2 n still no replacement mod. They said they shipped one to an address in Texas great except I live in Minnesota. Warranty doesn't have a number say it's coming from jersey or China no clue. Every time I reach them they say sorry plz call back in a week. Never again will I buy from them they r absolutely trash as far as support goes.
