Gear 30 is the best gear shop in Utah. Everyone working at the shop is really cool and helpful. I've never had a bad experience and there's always some great deal going on. This is the first time I've used their online store and it was a flawless experience. Noticed that my apt number was missing on the confirmation email, I reached out to make sure they would add that and they replied within a hour (this was around 9 pm). I ordered my backpack on Monday night and received my package on Thursday. It came with a nice little personal note that I think is very thoughtful. Also, I really like that they are reusing boxes from wherever they get them, nature and me thanks you.

If you buy a clearance item, you cannot get a refund. Even if it is defective. Be aware, and shop at REI who will refund anything up to a year. I learned my lesson, and will never order from this store again. There was a response from store. I stand by my reason for returning. Just be aware, that if you buy a clearance item, you are stuck with it, making ordering online risky.

Great product and experience, thanks! The shop manager called me to check to see if I needed the product by Christmas, so the shipping method could be adjusted if needed (I didn't). I thought shipping was a little slow but then again it was shipped UPS ground to Michigan from Utah and there were holidays during the shipping time so I'm sure that slowed it down.

I had a great experience ordering from Gear Thirty but these shoes leave a bit to be desired. Despite ordering a wide EE, I swear these shoes are as thin or possibly even thinner than my regular D width Inov-8's (discontinued Roclite 295? model) in the heel and midfoot, and only just barely wider in the forefoot. The durability appears to be about the same as my Inov-8's, but these shoes run higher profile and heavier.
