Is gearcourt.co.uk Legit?

Order from this company before and decided to order again. Delivery was just as quick as last time I ordered.

As mentioned by loads before- I should have checked Trustpilot, they are total scammers.Hundreds of adverts by different people on Facebok Marketplace all leading to the spurious gearcourt website.Have now started a reclaim via Santander, reported to Polce and sent an anonymous report to Companies House

Just like everybody else I have been scammed by this company. I which I checked Trustpilot before purchasing something from their website which I found via a Facebook marketplace add. I have not received the item I purchased and have reported the profile & add to Facebook

Never received my item like everyone else!! After messages back and forth on Facebook they told me my item was sent weeks ago which was a lie! When I asked for a tracking number they gave me a fake one and said it must be something wrong with Royal Mail, I ordered months ago!! Absolute scam of a company!!

If I could rate this company at a zero I would. Basically they advertise on Facebook marketplace so it looks like a local company. It’s not, they are based in Scotland. They say they can deliver your items by xx date. They don’t. You ask for a refund. They say they will refund you in 5-7 days but they won’t. They are complete thieving scammers. Please don’t put any orders their way because they will either not deliver it to agreed timescales or keep you cash. I’ve just had to raise a dispute with my bank to get it all back. When I emailed them, accusing them of scamming, their response is rude, blunt and basically don’t care at all. I work for the nhs - hardly well paid, and they think it’s ok to thieve money. It’s not. I will also be reporting to Trading Standards. Not good!

I wish I’d checked trust pilot first, absolute scam company, paid for ramps and nothing arrived, as per every review on here.

I Bought laurel hedges never received- sent out two emails and text twice they've both been completely ignored. I wouldn't recommend. Literally the worst service you could get. No way of contacting other than an email address which clearly doesn't work.

This company is a scammer company and does not actually have any stock. They take your money and you will never receive the goods. Ordered hedge plants and never received the goods. I am now pursuing them through the county courts and have emailed companies house to have them taken off the company register as a fraudulent company. I am also informing the vat office to have an internal investigation done as the company is taking vat illegally. No way of getting hold of them as they only have an email but do not answer the emails.

Wish I had come here first. Been scammed out of £170 and doubt I’ll ever see it again. Don’t buy from these people! How they live with themselves is beyond me.

This review has been left on behalf of my mum.My granddaughter is obsessed with ducks, I found a set of banana ducks on Facebook market place and contacted the seller, I was asked if I wanted to collect however i do not drive so arranged for delivery, I was given the link and my husband ordered the ducks. They arrived the following day through Amazon delivery. We have had no problems and the granddaughter is happy

Bought some galvanised steel ramps. Asked how long they would take to arrive as I needed them urgently. I paid for express shipping and then the company said they arranged for next day delivery for me. So pleased and really recommend, i had a great experience with gearcourt.

Ordered Cherry Laurels and tried to contact them via email and had no response. Messaged via messenger app and just got waffle on when order would be delivered. Do not use this Company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - No opportunity to leave a ZERO rating as this company is a scammer! Ordered some plants, chased several time and no reply.

High quality plants, well packaged. Only slight issue was I got a text from DPD the day before delivery with a time slot but they arrived a few hours after the time slot although I can’t blame the company for that

I highly recommend Gearcourt to all the customer, if you are looking for to buy some plants 🪴. I bought banana and lemon plant and it’s quality are outstanding. They are totally look fresh and exactly same what is seen online .I find the customer service team very helpful as they are always there to help about your query . It’s totally worth visiting their website & shopping from them .I 💯 % recommended to all people to visit once .

Absolutely shocking company Places a order for a clothes rail Firstly took weeks to arrive then after it did it was missing part😡 still not sorted it they told me it would be replaced and a return label sent to me send back this one that’s missing parts (didn’t happen) am still waiting then accused me of lying and blamed me the abuse from the person behind Facebook page on market place was shocking Spoke to manager via text again took hours to reply and when I called they don’t answer they are very rude and i definitely would be using them again I have requested a refund through my bank because there aren’t co operating I have all the prove too don’t use this company it’s now 5 weeks on and still no label to return and the last message to me today was am running out of time just really rude and zero customer service skills

I was only browsing and found 2 Robins for my garden listed on marketplace. I purchased them yesterday 31st Oct, and low and behold they arrived today 1st Nov! Fantastic seller, speedy delivery, answers questions immediately, first class service all round. Highly recommend

Purchased a large LED clock via Wayne from facebook!I kind of thought I'd been scammed, but Wayne was great, sent Invoice, followed by tracking info.Package arrived on-time in good condition, well packaged, and above all, it works perfectly and looks great on our lounge wall.I would trust gearcount again, with no hesitationThank you very much

Got a pallet of plants delivered, driver came 5 days after I placed the order which was fine and managed to get the truck through my very narrow driveway which was impressive.Lovely plants and will order more for the next job
