Die Lieferangaben welche auf der Homepage benannt werden, werden zumindest für meine Produkte nicht eingehalten! Die Ware ist bereits seit Tagen bezahlt und wird jedoch nicht geliefert. Der Telefonanschluss schaltet nach dem 3ten Klingeln zum Anrufbeantworter obwohl die Öffnungszeiten mit 9 - 17.30 Uhr benannt sind. Habe mit der Bestellung voll ins Klo gegriffen. NIE WIEDER wird dort mein Geld ausgegeben.

Habe am 04.09.2024 Ware bestellt und am 09.09.2024 auch ein Packet erhalten. Der Paketinhalt entsprach nicht der Bestellung. Habe komplett falsche Ware erhalten! Vertrauen ist verloren! Habe auch am gleichen Tag Widerrufen und die Ware zurückgeschickt. Bis heute (12.09.2024) habe ich keine Rückmeldung :-(((Hier bestelle ich nichts mehr!

Top Kundenservice! Es wird einem nichts aufgeschwatzt und ich habe das Gefühl absolut ehrlich beraten worden zu sein. Über Problemlösungen kann ich nichts sagen, da es bisher keine Probleme gab. Ware um einiges später erhalten als angegeben und dass auch nur durch mehrfaches nachfragen, sonnst würde ich noch heute warten. Was ich allerdings sehr frech finde ist, ein set zu versenden wo alternative Artikel beigefügt werden die aber um einiges billiger sind und man keinen Cent zurück erstattet bekommt. Eine eher negative Bewertung der Artikel werden einfach nicht frei gegeben damit man schön nur mit seinen paar guten Kommentaren die Leute verarschen kann.Absolut keine Empfehlung dort zu bestellen.

Ich habe ein Flexitray bestellt, was garnicht Flexi ist. Ware kam total verkrumpelt an und sollte sich angeblich wieder entfalten. Das Teil sieht noch genauso aus, wie an dem Tag an dem es ankam. Einfach nicht verwendbar. Habe den Verkäufer kontaktiert, jedoch keine Reaktion. Dieser Shop ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen 👎
