Is gastonluga.com Legit?

I started to use their backpack and after noticing some issues I contacted their customer service. I understood the product was no longer in a condition for which a return would be accepted, but they were very understanding of the situation and offered me a full refund despite the fact I had used the backpack for a couple of weeks. For the customer service experience alone this company deserves five stars.

I really was disappointed when I received the Classic Black the fabric easily collects dust , I was expecting the bag looks elegant but it looks like it was made of cheap fabric , it’s made in China I believe. The price I paid was not totally worth it! Don’t believe on reviews from YouTube because most of them were given the bags for free.

It took me a month to receive, more than a month to refund, after going through hell as their customer service is really bad. Bag came with defects. Dont think the quality is worth the price. The fabric collect dust easily. Made in China... Videos and reviews many came from collaboration, not true buyers.

Stylish and clean design. Beautiful bag. Great for a short weekend getaway as you fit your small laptop, a smaller camera, toilet bag and a smaller change of clothes. For me with problem shoulders it doesn't have the best comfort when packed with something heavier but other than that is it a wonderful and really nice looking bag.

Got the Parlan backpack for my birthday and loved it. It looks stylish and holds all my essentials for going out or doing errands. But after only a few uses the stitching on the magnetic closure gave away, I couldn't belive it as I don't even use it everyday. It was still usable but I have been trying to be extra careful so it won't fall off completely. I considered returning the bag but it was out of the period when you can as I didn't use it immediately when I got it. I'm still using it to this day though and so far the remaining stitches are holding. I still believe in their products so I got my sister one from them and hopefully hers won't suffer the same as mine did.

First of all, it takes a couple of weeks to get the bag. By the name "Gaston Luga - Stockholm Sweden" I assumed that they shipped from Sweden, but no.. they shipp from somewhere in Balticum. Got the bag and wanted to return it, here is where the real problems begin. You have to return the bag via IBRS (not common in Sweden). I finally found a post office that accepted the package but got no reciept (as post office said that the returnticket I got from Gaston Luga was not trackable). I paid via Klarna Bank and now got a dispute with Gaston Luga which claims they haven't recieved my return.Think twice before ordering!

So I ordered 2 bags 10 days ago. Didn‘t get any response. Yesterday I’ve sent an email. Got the answer from the customer service today.“ Thank you very much for your recent purchase at Gaston Luga.We are sorry for informing you so late regarding this. We regret to inform you that the item Spläsh 16" Black is now out of stock.We are unable to give a guaranteed estimated date for the restocking of the backpack, so as an apology we will change it to any backpack model or color of your choice at no extra cost.Alternatively, if you no longer want to proceed with the order, please let us know and we will assist you. “There is no other bag I want and I have to wait over 1 month for the new model. When would you have informed me? It‘s looking like they intentionally take orders although they are out of stock. I am so angry because it was a gift for my wife and now I don’t have so much time to find something else! Thank you for nothing…

Efficient and fast delivery service, high quality material, nicely packed and super useful compartments(+ for laptop). Also, perfect for your travel, the city or a day trip. The bag did not disappoint . Great service and an even better product.

This bag looks nice but isn't as sturdy as the type of bag I'd normally choose. The bottom isn't reinforced and the clasps feel cheap and plasticky. The look is very Scandi but the bag itself is made in China and is most definitely not worth over £100. I'd say this is more of a £20-£30 bag.

Zaino veramente ben fatto ottimo prodotto e utilissimo da portare in qualsiasi occasione. Nel mio caso che viaggio spesso lo porterò sempre con me. Molto bello anche il design sportivo con la doppia cintura frontale. Cuciture resistenti e ben definite, lo consiglio per qualsiasi occasione. Backpack really well made excellent product and very useful to carry on any occasion. In my case that I travel often I will always carry it with me. The sporty design with the double front belt is also very nice. Sturdy and well-defined seams, I recommend it for any occasion.

I received the Classy black and black and have to say how much I love it! Delivery to the UK was fast and it arrived within a couple of days. The bag itself is big enough to carry all of your essentials with pockets inside for things you need to grab quickly and to protect your laptop. It also comes with a dust bag which is great for storing. My only criticism is that the bag itself gathers a lot of dust on it so needs a lint roller every so often however this is about the product itself and not the company.

The Kåmpis backpack has a padded laptop compartment, front pocket & 3 quick access pockets, allowing you to put your stuff neatly.Also, it is made with the water-resistant nylon material so you need not worry about it getting wet.

My height is 165cm & my hubby is 183cm. The Spläsh 16" is suitable for both of us to carry. I really love the taupe colour as it belongs to fashionable & warm tone which is perfect for smart casual outfit.With the waterproof material & large capacity to store water bottle, camera, 11"-16" laptops, etc., I can go anywhere to work, explore & travel.

I have received the Clässy Black & Black backpack from Gaston Luga. First of all, the delivery went very smooth. I received my backpack within only a couple days. The package was also packed with care and the backpack comes with a dust bag which is very handy. The backpack is very compact and has several separate compartments inside to put your laptop, your keys etc. in and to keep everything safe. The backpack is also very light-weighted so it does not hurt your back at all. The only small disadvantage I can think of is that the backpack largely consists of dust. Therefore, some lint sticks around sometimes. But overall, I am very happy with my backpack and I highly recommend purchasing one. :-)

I have 3 Gaston Luga backpacks and absolutely love them. They are so great both in terms of quality and versatility (they easily transform from city to travel backpacks) and I often get compliments from friends and family. Each purchase usually comes with handy freebies like passport cover or card holder. Delivery is quick and efficient.

I have two bags by Gaston Luga bag and think they're fantastic. Classic styling with the practicalities scandi style is known for. My recent bag is the Parlan brown and tan, which is perfect for my husband and I to share while out and about with the kids. Loads of handy pockets for easy reach of snacks, keys and phone and wipe clean material for any marks from their mucky hands! The quality is excellent, looks it and super lightweight. Big thumbs up!

This is a nice bag. The materials are OK. I really liked the space and pockets inside.However and overall, I believe the bags are overpriced. Money paid vs what you get is not worth it in my opinion.

I love the Kåmpis-backbag and the colour is so lovely! It’s my favourite colour. The bag is beautiful and classy. I can use it almost everywhere because it fits for my every outfit and every place.

I have three bags from Gaston Luga now, and they’re incredible. The quality of the bags is second to none, and they hold up so incredibly well, my daily bag is showing no signs of wear, and co spidering I carry my laptop and books around in it every day, I find that incredibly impressive (other bags under this strain tend to get weak at the straps - not a problem for Gaston Luga!). Not only do they hold up so well, but they’re also super stylish, and the colour combinations are beautiful. The bottom line is that I can’t recommend them enough! Absolutely 5 stars.

Absolutely love our Gaston Luga PRÁPER black backpack it’s stylish and huge with 3 kids I need a big bag and this is sturdy and perfect!Daddy even wears it now because it’s so neutral and stylish. Love that it clips closed 2 for extra security highly recommend
