Ordered in December. End of December got an email that their assets were frozen. January said it was dispatched. Tracker number doesn't work. No response to numerous emails. Got an email in February saying they would refund me. Never got a refund. DO NOT ORDER

I’ve not gotten my order or received a refund and I’ve made four attempts at contact with no response. I've tried leaving a review on their website as well but it doesn't seem to register or maybe it got deleted. On 18th December I placed an order, on 28th December I got an email stating that it would be sent out later than planned, on 3th January I got an email which informed me that it could not be sent out and that I would get a refund shortly and on 10th January I got an email which informed me that my order is on the way. My first three attempts at contact were through the contact function on the website. My first attempt at contact was on 10th January, my second attempt was sometime during week 3 (I don’t remember the exact date) and my third attempt was on 20th January after I got an automated response that asked for a review of the product even though I have not received it. My fourth and latest attempt was through their email on 21st January and I still have not gotten a response.When I press ''view order'' it still just says: ''Your order is confirmed. We’ve accepted your order, and we’re getting it ready. Come back to this page for updates on your shipment status.'' Recently I've tried uploading my review again and attempt at writing to them through their chat function but I assume it's either the same function I've written through and/or won't get a response like before.

hi I bought from them "gastlyhumidifier.com and thegastlyhumdifier.com are the emails they used. And its 100% a scam , paid 18 dec 2023 , toay its 27 Jan 2024 didnt hear from them , no delivery , no refund . They are a full blown scam , and i wish i was in their country to pay them a visit:) thank you
