Is garmentprinting.com.au Legit?

Disgusting! Ordered a printed cap as a Christmas present, the logo and print was small, the last word was tiny, blurred and wasn't even legible. Not only that the logo I submitted was silver but what I received was blue.I contacted the support email and the response was it was my fault the logo was small...I asked was it also my fault the logo was in a different colour and did they not have any quality control that checks the finished product?I said in my email as I wasn't getting any satisfaction from the support team I wanted it referred to the Manager to speak to him......never heard from them again!DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY !

William was very responsive to my various queries in a timely manner. He also sent my T-shirt logo through to the Garment Printing Design Team to make the changes required to ensure it looked print worthy, this saved me lots of time on my end. I look forward to receiving the finished product.

The company is truly good and receptive to our orders. They helped me on a phone and designed and changed and advised and invoiced me in a matter of minutes. Charge you for shipping and takes up to 14 days .We must be living in dark ages .Crazy not sure of product however to add for shipping then have to wait 14 days for delivery abit rich. Not good business at all Other places deliver much quicker.

Don't use this company - they're TERRIBLE. It's just a fancy website made to look like a trustworthy local business, BUT in fact it is run by one guy who outsources all of the work and printing to colleagues overseas in India.The service is absolutely horrible - it takes days before you get an email response, if ever - and when you do it's very rude, blunt and the bare minimum - they don't offer any solutions when issues arise.If you're after cheap and cheerful with no service and no guarantee of when or what you'll get - maybe this is for you.If you're after good business where you can speak to a local person and trust in their expertise, and get a product that is of good quality - then DO NOT go with this company.

The Team at Garment Printing make the process of ordering custom products very simple, they are very helpful and always keen to make sure that we are happy with the result.

I havent received my products yet but purely based on the ease of ordering and the exceptional experience I had with customer service I would recommend using Garment Printing. Prices were also fantastic.

The quality of the prints are excellent!I had one issue with a hoodie print I ordered and it was replaced without a problem.I will be using GPA for all my prints moving forward.
