Is ganti.co.uk Legit?

Not as described. Very poor quality and not clear this ships from China, which is where you have to return it to at a cost higher than the jacket bought. Absolute scam.

Absolutely furious with Ganti. An absolute SCAM! I had so many issues with this order. When I finally got the order, 3 weeks later! The coat was of very poor quality and ill fitting. £80. I requested a return form which is necessary and I waited the 48hours, to them be asked why, I told them and again and again everyday being asked questions and not getting the return form. I told them I was close to the deadline and need the form. They delayed giving me the form for 7days! Surpassing my deadline date by a day! They said the 30day deadline was binding. Well how can I return it if they don’t give me the return form I need. OUTRAGEOUS!

Don’t know where to start but, Item took 3+ weeks to arrive and when i put the bodywarmer on, it was nothing as expected and did not look like the photos, it was flat and cheap material, then went to refund and you have to ship it back to china where it costs €50+ to do so. Very disappointed but it is what it is. Bought another bodywarmer from JK Attire if anyone wants high quality and VERY affordable clothes

Ordered body warmer mens XL, arrived tried on could not zip up so small, actually fitted a XS girl.... turns out I now have to pay to have it returned to China ... thought it says Ganti UK by the way, at my cost despite it not being size correct to UK size spec, sent images to show how small to another mens XL, I am agreived I have to pay for defect size product as thats not me orderingwrong size as i proved with comparison image to them... I think there making money on the returns costs they have set up... wish I had read the reviews first, jacket itself was OK to be fair but overpriced for the overall quality.

Do not buy from here. The quality of product is awful and cheap. Item came with lose stitching and cheap fabric.Customer service is awful they try to advise on not returning item for refund and offer part exchange. When they finally share details on how to return item. It costs 25 euro to ship from UK!

Fraud!Do not buy anything!!!Bought a jacket thinking the website is UK and support email is Co.uk. However the sizes are not normal and the products looks nothing like at the website! Cheap and horrible. Have to send my jacket to China and cost me £22 cheapest!!! They are misleading and fraudulent company.Still no reply if I ever will revive my refund.

Company is fraudulent. My item was not delivered and I have had to contact my bank in the hope of retrieving the money I spent. Update: as other reviewers have said item did eventually arrive but did not resemble what had been advertised on the website. The item I bought was removed from their website when I informed customer service that I had raised a transaction dispute with my bank, so if you have ordered something make sure to take screen shots of the item on the website so that you have evidence that you have been scammed! Cannot stress enough DO NOT buy from this company it is a SCAM! Update: if you have bought something dispute the transaction with your bank/credit card/paypal that you used to buy, you might get your money back I did!

Same as all the other reviews! Purchased thinking I’m buying from uk to find out it’s a company in china! When I realised I contacted to say I want to cancel but they said it’s to late and I can return item for refund. I paid through PayPal and still waiting to see if I get my refund. Item purchased was cargo jeans and they were the cheapest pile of 💩 which cost £40 and if value. Well I wouldn’t even value them!

Wow!! Wish I’d of read the reviews for this poor excuse of a company first before I made my purchase!! Maybe Ganti should make it very very clear on the UK website that there is a high possibility your purchase may come from China and take up to 3 weeks to arrive. As also mentioned on other reviews the jacket purchased for £45, was nothing like the images and was extremely cheap and of really poor quality. Whilst they state they offer returns & refunds, and do state you have to pay the shipping costs, it is back to China, so costs around €20 (£14) and then my item took another 2+ weeks and got stuck in Customs due to “unpaid customs charges” which I was not made aware of by Ganti or the courier!! I was then told the item was being returned back but I could either keep it and have 25% of the price refunded (£11) or keep it and select another complementary item for the same value and still keep the original item when it arrives. Surely this shows the true low value of their products!!!! I’ve now selected a replacement jumper (£39) and yet again have to wait probably 3 weeks for it to arrive from China, and potentially still risk being disappointed a 2nd time with the quality or fit of that item also, maybe leaving me with nothing suitable after weeks of hassle and nearly £60 down!! Absolutely disgraceful in this day and age that a company can treat its customers like this. Feel robbed!

Paid for a jacket, but took almost 4 weeks to arrive, the website says company is based in the UK which is not the case, they are based in china, the quality of the jacket was below the standard of how much I had to pay, I requested a refund, but the return delivery was more than £50!! Overall experience was terrible and would definitely do my research before purchasing online next time

It’s a fraud! Products received DO NOT resemble what is advertised on their website. Products are shipped directly from China and when asked for a refund the seller wants the products to be shipped back to China. Clearly it’s a company in China pretending to be established in the U.K.

This product is nothing more than a scam. It’s not even worth a quarter of what they're charging for it.
