“Pick up order from other store”
Sorry have to give it a lower rate because of my experience. Everything was good until I tried to pick up my order. The guy at the counter was helping me with finding my item. But this old Mexican guy was being rude and saying that they didn't receive any order. And didn't even try to check for it. Told them I got an email saying it was ready for pick up. He was saying that they don't have anything and that they should send me away. My wife was even with me and was going pissed off. I kept my head cool and just told the other guy to just call me when they find it. So I called the store that I ordered it from. Explained what happened. It arrived a day before. So now I have a really good reason to be pissed! A+ for the Asian guy that was helping me and to the old Mexican guy. You should not be working there! Poor customer service!

Order was place and paid last June 21. Received an email that is processed and shipped via USPS with tracking number. Checked tracking number and it states that label has been created and awaiting package. It is Monday the 24th and USPS has yet to received the package. I am very disappointed.
