Is gamermarkt.com Legit?

Been a buyer for 4 years with over 30 accounts bought on that website, recommended it to friends too.Got scammed 1 week ago after having the account I bought recovered within 1 week of having it. The customer support denied help in any way due to "not enough evidence" even though I submitted everything I had. I tried to make a new ticket and it was closed immediately with the same automated response. Tried to contact the seller and was ignored.Saw the account being online on my friendlist cause for some reason they didn't delete my main account.tldr; Paid 167 euros for ownership of an account just to have it for one week. wp.

Bought an acccount here and it got recovered i created a ticket they investigated for 2 weeks and told me to not enougg evidence and write them again after 30 days. I write them after 30 days and my problem solved. Wasn’t expecting this. <33

I bought a Valorant account. I was in a hurry to play immediately, and some orders were taking a bit long, but this time my order was completed quickly. They have helped me before when I had issues, and I really like how the platform operates.

Bought 2 accounts both got recovered after a while. Got the first one back after a couple of days and now am waiting for a reply on the 2nd one. Support is okay, But the sellers on the platform are not to be trusted and apparently can recover their accounts without any consequences.Update 1/7/24: still not resolved. Support is just stalling. No action is taken against the scammer. He’s got over a thousand sales, wonder how many others have gotten scammed by him. It feels like Gamermarkt supports this kind of behaviour. Will update soon. Update 7/7/2024:Still no response and first account got recovered again. I’m charging back. 0 support from gamermarkt. Wouldn’t recommend buying here. Everything is a scam.

I recently purchased a League of Legends account, and there were no issues with its rank or ELO. The site also has a very easy delivery system, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free.

So i bought an Account for 600€ from a really high rated Seller. Got the Account and after 3 days it was gone. The offer had a 14 day garuntee with the support and i tried using this and i created a Ticket. Support legit sayed "We need you to not contact the Riot support in risk of bans etc... Try creating a new Ticket after you contacted the Riot Support. I tried explaining my situation and asked how to prove that i dont have Access to the Account. They sayed "We will have a look at this". My question then was how tf they want to look if someone looked in my Riot Account or how they can see who changed something. So i would not recommend using this site because of the many scammers and the incompitent Support team. There are way better sites like g2g or playerauction (complicated payment methods tho) i can recommend

I recently purchased a Valorant acc for 55 euros, hoping to enjoy specific skins I really like. However, after just one month, the account was reclaimed, presumably by its rightful owner. This ordeal has left me disheartened and doubtful that I will ever recover access to the account or receive a refund, is even more crazy when the seller has 99% of positive rep so no idea if the account was a cracked/hacked account or just the seller is trying to scam.I submitted a support ticket to customers service team so I'm still waiting a resolution, so I'll keep updating this review.Update 03/20: Looks like it ended well, they managed to get the refund from the seller itself and I'm waiting to see it on the balance. Gamermarkt has a very good support team and it resolved the dispute in less than 2 weeks so, I'm happy to re-rate to 5 stars.

Hello, I've purchased around 4 accounts from their site and only one account I've had problems with (The account got locked because they thought I wasn't the real owner of the account) I got in touch with the company and they immediately helped me with the issue and got it fixed after a couple of days. i wanted valornt account with skins and evry web was a scam so i join in to game market and it was amazing i bought account in really cheap price and the paymen was fast and i got the account only affter 1.5 h when you are buying the account they are giveing you email for passowrd that you can change detalis on account name and username evry thing is easy and fast very good service 24/7 online support 5 stars easy. best market for accounts.

I was quite disappointed.. after a successful first purchase. I spent a 100 euros on codes and accounts. I purchased one for my little brother. the account was recovered after 3 days! all quiet contact the assistance seen the past experience, live chat the first 24 h of waiting... there can stand.. although the evidence is obvious.. still nothing and I go to contact them again, requested another 24h. contact after 48 hours.. is for the umpteenth time various excuses.. no resolution is this time not even a timing! simply ingnorato in chat.. review made in their site.. not approved... and long live transparency.. and at super speed support but only when we pay.. and not to be reimbursed.Edit 05/02/2024 : They took charge of the processing coming to the problem.. promised the refund. waiting to receive it. Had issues with some accounts getting taken back but the GamerMarkt support team was very cooperative and helped me fast, I got refunded. You can count on them.
