Very supportive and friendly attitude.Quick solution to my problem with funds transfer.

I deposited my account in 24 December but I didn’t receive it in my account

I'm past maintenance done with school,got a certificate,ready to move on

Update: FXCM has finally refunded the £10,593.23 after complaints lodged at FCA/Financial Ombudsman and Banking. It only took them 6 weeks to get there. Case resolved! I will never used your services again!

Spread is toooo high. There are better companies out there with tighter spreads. 0.6 for EURO/USD and late in the evening 1 and moreOnly fxcm wins with this kind off market conditions. No real market trading conditions, I always get stopped out, after setting my tight stop.That's the reasons why we customer always loos our money

I understand that information technology is wonderful when it works but causes many problems when it doesn't. I also understand that keeping servers and access to internet based platforms 24/7 is a hard job however when it forms a critical part of a business then all efforts must be made to keep that access uninterrupted at all costs

After long hours of research of various brokers about whether or not they trade against their clients, whether or not they welcome every trader of differing levels of budgets, experience, social status, country and more metrics is that FXCC does not discriminate at all, they welcome everyone just to do what they are supposed to do there. Trade! That's how it needs to be!

I experienced a problem with my platform. The positions disappeared from my screen. It was a slow process before I finally got in touch with the Agent. I was bumped out earlier from the queue as suddenly I was confronted with an "error" message that no Agent was available. So my experience here is not with FXCM, but is restricted to the Agent. In one sentence he understood this weird issue, diligently sought a solution with the back office. It all took a very long time but he stayed with me. He deserves to be recognised as a perfect companion to have by your side in time of trouble

Instead a few days later i get the mail "we have received your withdrawal request". Support is either not reading or has trouble communicating among themselves. I used to use FXCM when they were starting out around the early 2000s. I recently came back to their platform and have to say that their service has improved. Vanya Gencheva has been especially helpful and attentive. She has been following up with me regarding my experience and has provided many helpful tips on using the platform.

Although it took a while to get to the bottom of the technical issues I was having after the FXCM app was updated, eventually the problem was resolved. Once I understood why it was taking time, then I was happy to wait. Vanya Gencheva and Joseph David both helped to get upscale the problem and the Techies have now solved it and I can trade again.

The communication with Daniel D was prompt and helpful advising that my matter would be escalated due to the time taken for my account to be activated. Unless other matters required attention. I await feedback since the last submission of documents.

I had a question regarding withdrawal so I called them, and the agent who answered me was very patient and nice and helped me and everything was clear!!

I now see why FXCM was rated one of the best brokers of the year. The customer service is incredibly good. My very own agent Vanya Gencheva would call/email me every week to check up on my trading progress and would help me with any questions or problems I had regarding the service. The service was very professional and helpful. I recommend FXCM as the customer service made me feel like a valuable customer. Keep up the good work!
