Is futurizta.com Legit?

I’m from Egypt and I bought the Pixy Go 11 months ago. I have an iPhone 13 mini and I just love it it’s so reliable and the size is perfect and I carry it with me all the time … unfortunately it stopped working one day but they gave me a new one that arrived this week although it was the last days of the warranty so I'm so glad with their service.Best purchase I made and I’m so happy with the service and product.

Bought 2 Lavender Purple Pixy Mini from Futurizta and gifted 1 to my sister. We love how small and light it is as we can easily fit it in our small handbag. Not to mention the purple looks super cute too!

I ordered some stuff from their website february 25th and am yet to recieve anything. I constantly have to reach out through email and Instagram to Even Get noticed and still dont Get answered half the time. No updates, no answers. They have some cool products to offer, But the delivery and customer service/support has been horrible so far. I have two orders, #6091 and #6092. #6092 is apparently on the way, #6091 isnt because the powerbank needs a special courier which has Caused complications. Havent heard anything for almost a week now. If this does not Get resolved i will update my review and recommend everyone to stay away.

Futurizta is blocking rewiews on their website. This is a fact not a defamatory statement. Futurizta Employee admit this is a fact on other platforms, saying clearly that they ban reviews if you wont spens money on their website. But i dont think they realize we can buy products from other shop also, and we should be allowed to give any product review we want.

I have a few of their products and have found the design and quality to be great. So it's really unfortunate that I have to give 2 stars due to the complete lack of customer service.I had a nasty delivery problem and contacted their customer service via email. At first they seemed helpful. But as the resolution became more complex, they stopped responding and never replied to me despite multiple attempts to get their further assistance. I also tried to contact them via Instagram message, but they ignored it or they just don't check incoming messages on that channel.All in all, their products are worth 5 stars, but their attitude towards customers isn't worth even 1 star.

Bought the TravlMate GaN charger as I travel often, I had to say it is the best gadget I got so far! Replaced my laptop and phone charger, now i only need to bring it for all my travel.

Only getting 1 star because the actual product is good. The customer service, delivery and aftercare is absolutely disgusting. Product arrived 7 days late despite promises it would arrive before a fixed date. The delivery company they entrusted it to (EVRI), left the parcel in a communal car park in the rain, they didnt think to deliver it to my door which was less than 10 yards away. The delivery address was my house, not a communal car park and the contents were electronics, not something that should be left our in a storm. All in all a horrible consumer experience. I would absolutely swerve this company, as good as their product is they dont care about their customers.

The customer service at Futurizta is fantastic, and the all in one charging cable exceed expectations, charge really fast and easy to use!

DO NOT BUY, futurizta is a scammy, shady company that not only deletes reviews and doesn't support customers, but just makes low quality products, which are not original ideas, just copied from better, smarter brands.

The second transaction was for a fast charger, which cost $133 AUD. The expected delivery date for the product was initially set for September 2023, but it was later delayed until December. Due to the significant delay, I reached out to the company to request a refund. Initially, they were reluctant to provide a refund, but eventually, they refunded the amount of $174. However, they have not yet refunded the amount for the charger. Despite my repeated attempts to contact them, they have chosen not to respond. It is important for prospective buyers to exercise caution when engaging with this company. I still have several options available to address this matter.
