Is futario.com Legit?

Folks, just go and shop at a physical store that doesn't require you to spend money to ship to China, has honest return policies without the hassle. Will gladly reimburse or refund the cost of your purchase. Will not scam you, and better yet, you get to take home your purchase the very minute after it is bought!. No shipping fees, return nightmares, and you aren't handing your money to a bunch of low life scammers. Remember these creeps thrive on desperate people. You might as well just throw your money into the trash, when you place your trust in these thieving companies from China. Stop falling for these kinds of unreputable, so-called "businesses".

The site is easy to navigate. The items on the website look really beautiful and the clothes look well tailored and attractive. The reviews helped and I'm looking forward to receiving my orders.

Purchase was easy but main interest is shipping speed. Really hope it arrives on time. This is a first time ordering so this will determine future orders. I usually buy leather jackets for all 8 kids and 8 grandkids and 4 spouses every year so I am hoping to receive it within 2 weeks.

Before I ordered the item, I had to check with Futario to confirm a detail that wasn't clear on the website's detail page. A Futario agent got back to me the next day to clarify and answered my question. And then I was emailed a discount code. So I placed my order. I look forward to getting the item I purchased soon.

This company could be honest and start with honoring their refund policy. Before you order read carefully their return/refund policy. They will never give you a return address or phone number. I ordered two what appeared to be wool coats which when they arrived I could not identify if it was cardboard compressed or just paper recycled. I immediately started requesting the return address. I did not get a response for 2 weeks. I paid $175.00 and they refused to accept the return or give me a refund. They suggested I could keep the coats and they’d give me a $15 coupon. It’s a scam and I’ve never been so disappointed in dealing with an online company and the coats were unwearable.

I waited for over a month for my order of a leather jacket to be received. It arrived, and I felt only disappointment and anger. It was of Halloween costume quality complete with "fake" sewn-shut pockets. I believe it is not even leather. I reached out for details on how to return this cheap falsely advertised "joke" but got no response. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY which I learned too late is based in China. Note that after I placed my order I was never provided with an "order number." I attempted to put a stop payment on it with my credit card company but was told that the "pending" transaction could not be stopped.

Scam scam scam Warnibg Do not purchase anything from this site. The coat didn’t fit, it was made of polyester and tgey refuse to exchange or refund my money. Reviews about no refund are true for this company. Identical to my no communication. No phone number to call. And the email reply is the same reply word for word everytime. “We’re sorry, did you use our measurement chart” WTH. Do not buy from this site. Also why should we let Futario know about the review? So they can take it down? I recommend you copy paste it in your notes. If you do t see it posted in the future, repost it and don’t let Futario know.

I have never been so disappointed in the quality of a product and the deception of what they advertise on their online store. I ordered what they advertised as a Women's Vintage Contrast Lambskin Collar Leather Coat. It looked beautiful on their website. What I got was a Costume Shop quality coat. No joke!! I have been trying to contact them to give me a refund asap as the item is not even worth $10.00 and I paid $150.00. Do not buy from this store!

The description was not specific enough. Primarily,the description of outer shell was non-existent ;I needed to know basic details and they were not provided. Warmth factor is essential...just a perfunctory description is not helpful .

This company doesn’t even deserve a one star. I waited over a month for my $150 leather jacket and I was sooooo angry the jacket looked like it was made out of plastic from a $ store. I received notice my order was received on 12/2 and that I would be notified when shipped. It is 12/06 and no notification sent to me that my order was shipped. This is a Christmas present and I would like to have it by then! Order# Fa12270

The ordering process was so easy usually I hear the address given cannot be found and it is a legitimate address I live in a small village where there are a lot of country roads but this time there was no confusion and I think I’m going to love my purchase!!

Took a month to get my order. Leather jack was cheaply made and has fake pockets( sewn shut). Nobody will get back to me with return info. Very poor to nonexistent customer service.

Total scam. No tracking info. Contacted thru their website Twice. No response got my clothes after a long delay. They look very cheap and poorly made. No info on returning them. Contacted them through their website as it says I have 7 days to return. No return email or call. I have 2 shirts I will never wear that weren’t cheap. Don’t do business with this company. It’s a scam.

No glitches. Offers measurements so you know what size to buy EXCEPT I wished I could have contacted you while in process of buying to answer my main question and that is, does it the item run big. I just purchased a leather jacket size large and hope it’s not too small. I hate having to return items after waiting long for it to arrive. So if anything I wished all sites offered an opportunity to speak to a sales rep while in midst of a purchase.

I ordered a leather jacket and when I receive it I have 2 more jackets to order. I hope this is a good website store and not a scam. I'll let you know or let you see a bad review if it doesn't show up. Ie: Futario.com

The order was late and when I recieved the jacket it was NOTHING like what was advertised. It was cheap vinyl plastic with what looked like stuffed toy collar and cuffs. Such a rip off. It has to be the UGLIEST jacket I have ever bought. Do not buy from this company.

Do not trust this company. I ordered a leather jacket and it came today and is not real leather as advertised. To top it off, there is a white mark on the back of the jacket. I will be disputing this charge with my credit card company. They are scammers. I’m sorry I didn’t read these reviews before ordering.
