Yes, this is a longer review, however, if you are going to be involved, you are likely looking for as much info as possible. Very briefly, I met Mike when I joined Ross Cameron's Warrior Trading. I was impressed that these two traders where both unquestionable successful and yet had such vastly different trading styles. I believe what had me spending increasingly more time in Mike's large cap chatroom was the somewhat slower pace and the ability to discuss a gameplan before the opening. Around August of '23 I followed Mike when he branched out and created Fusion Elite Trading. FET centres around two traders; Mike and Sean. Each day, starting at 7:45, Mike and Sean post news/catalysts of interest for the day. Around 8:45 Mike does his Morning Call where he points out levels and zones of interest of the QQQ and SPY (his accuracy is spooky). He then proceeds to discuss a gameplan for stocks that he thinks has the best opportunities of success and gives an indication of risk. He will mention what he is looking for to start a position. Equally (perhaps more) important is that he often mentions what situation(s) he would not start a position. Along the same theme, Mike mentions stocks with catalysts that he will likely avoid and why. After this Sean will post which positions he is in and where he will be focusing at the open. Just before open Mike usually posts which vehicles (stock/options) he is likely to use. At the open Mike (or sometimes Sean) will come on the mic and announce as he takes, adds and closes positions. I would caution that this is not the ideal way to learn as an absolute beginner. Only a relatively small percentage of traders are successful so I would highly recommend paper trading until you get an idea of the flow of things. You need to have some idea of the basic info that charts are providing. Having watched price action for a few months (minimum), an understanding of the language frequently associated with trading and being comfortable with your trading platform will improve your chances of success. Mike's ability to narrow down the focus, tune out the noise and, as equally as important, steer the team away from traps is uncanny. I have not crunched the numbers but feel confident to say he is likely 80% correct with his focus. The fact that you can reach out to him for some one-on-one help, I think, is virtually unheard of. Sean's responses to questions are incredibly prompt but he also has a way of adding a little extra info that clarifies. Considering the mass number of questions he must get, it is impressive. His trade recaps are extremely helpful. He points out areas he did well at, things he would have done differently, and I love when he focuses on important price action. Mike and Sean have gathered a great team. There are many skilled and helpful traders who share their insights but there is also room for those who just want to get the information and do their thing behind the scenes. Most losses can be traced back to either, I lacked the discipline to follow Mike’s advice or, because I am still struggling with position sizing. I have been very lucky to have found this team relatively early (I hope) in my trading life. Thanks Mike, Sean and all the team at FET

Mike's mentorship through Fusion is more than just "trading stocks". The morning calls provide real insight on what to focus on and isolate the noise. You do not have to trade everyday or get every trade green to be profitable as a trader. You just have to make fewer bad decisions than the good ones.
