Furryking.com does not stand by its guarantee. I have lost around $70 because they have refused to either refund my purchase money or send a larger size. I was encouraged by the first response which assured the problem would be resolved, but complete inaction has followed in the weeks since. I returned the jacket so Furryking could immediately exchange it for the correct size but I have received nothing since, not even an email. Before posting this review, I advised them of sites where I could report this, and asked if they intended to give me back my money or send a larger size jacket and have received no reply - only more marketing emails. Not only terrible customer service, but Furryking actually took my money - for nothing in return. Don't buy from Furryking.
I ordered from Furryking and ended up paying for fraudulent shipping when the order arrived. Now i see all the sizes are too big. After reading the reviews, I have a feeling I won\'t get anything back if I try to exchange them.
Furryking is a flaky company purchased 2 doggie coats size is too small tried to reply back with name and order number they told me that couldn’t find my order number i just want to return and get refunded. They are a ridiculous company I would not buy from them anymore
I ordered 1 med. I had also ordered a small raincoat, different company, so I ordered a small and because of a computer glitch ended up with 2 smalls. Told that I had to pay an additional $10- for each return. Paul never reads the complete emails, always responds the same way.
All of the comments above are exactly what has happened to me. Maybe they always send too small, knowing the customer pays the additional $10. plus their purchase amount so they get the coats back and keep the money. We should all make this very public., social media, etc.
Well, I wish that I read this before I even purchased from them. My first order was two jackets, for two different doggies. One jacket fit and the other was too tight, so I decided to order a larger size, which turned out to be too big. So, after 7 emails and back and forth correspondence, I am out $70+ dollars and stuck with two jackets I can\'t use. I am very frustrated and hope that this company gets a bad rap. I noticed they deleted all the negative feedback from their website.

I ordered a jacket a month and ago and still haven’t received it. I looked at the shipping number and it said it wasn’t valid and I sent an email & received a response back that they found an abnormality in the shipping number and assured me another one was on its way and thanked me for being so patient. I told them to cancel the first order and they ignored my request and said another one is already on its way. I’m going to call and dispute the charge with my credit card tomorrow. I would never order from them again & I’m sure I won’t receive the coat. Beware and don’t buy from the company. Like others who have commented, I ordered a dog jacket in December and have not received anything except constant emails urging me to buy another one. (It\'s not mid-February.) When I attempt to track the shipment, the final message advises that inclement weather has delayed delivery and that I should call an 800 number. However, the 800 number provides no specific information about an eventual delivery.
My experience has been the opposite of other posters here. I used a cheap tape measure to measure up my dog, and he was not staying still so accurate measurements were difficult, I thought I got it right, but when the coat arrived it was 2 sizes to small. I contacted FurryKIng and their representative contacted me back. I fully admitted the fault was mine, and asked if there was anything they could do. I bought a better tape measure, measured him up, gave them the new measurements and paid the $15 freight charge. They told me to keep the old one, so I passed it onto someone who had a dog but weas very poor. The new dog coat arrived, fits well and I am a happy camper. At all stages during the process, Tatania kept me informed and was polite and showed that she cared. I was appreciative and that is why I am writing this comment. Unfortunately people who have negative experiences are often the only ones that review and scam sites hear from, not the good ones.
I ordered the largest size vest and it’s still too small. I have sent repeated requests on how to return and get a refund. All I get is send us pictures of the vest on the dog, then they will review and get back to me. Several e mails later I still don’t have where they want it sent etc. now I’m not getting any responses. No phone number available to call !!!
SO FRUSTRATED!!! I ordered a pet coat on 10/24/2025. Have not received it! No phone number to contact them. The emails I have sent them (per their Contact info) have been ignored! Per the info given here, and the negative comments, I am now very sorry I ordered the pet coat.I am thinking now I will report this to the Attorney General\'s Office and stop payment on my credit card based on Fraud.
