We came up with the 52 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to furnishedfinder.com's industry. The algorithm detected possible high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Questionable. Minimal Doubts. Controversial. tags above. Long story short, we recommend using caution when using this website. But let's explain in more detail.
Explaining Our Analytical Approach
We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:
- Proximity to Suspicious Websites
- Threat Profile
- Phishing Profile
- Malware Score
- Spam Score
- Domain Blacklist Status
- HTTPS connection
- Domain Creation Date
While some are self-explanatory concerning furnishedfinder.com, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between furnishedfinder.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of furnishedfinder.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of furnishedfinder.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. furnishedfinder.com is a dubious website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.
Domain Blacklisting Status
This term indicates whether furnishedfinder.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.
Assessing HTTPS Connectivity
This section provides insight into whether furnishedfinder.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.
Safe Check
We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, furnishedfinder.com.

Furnished Finder is beyond question the best rental venue that I have used. The software is user friendly. Customer service is A1+++. Michell Cardona was the knowledgeable and pleasant customer service rep to assist me today. Regarding price for service, Furnished Finder puts other venues to shame. Most of all, I love dealing with the professional clientele FurnishedFinder attracts. I enjoy guests who stay for more than just one week or weekend, optimizing the time I spend and most importantly my bottom line.
The service works. However, they've increased the price by 80% over the last two years while offering no noticeable upgrades to justify this. My renewal date falls a couple of days after their price increase every year so I pay more than 95% of other customers but they refuse to let me renew early.
FF is notorious for deleting constructive negative reviews. Their rental process is long-winded, especially for short-term rentals. Landlords post misleading room images and change prices when you speak with them. Check their reviews on Reddit and the BBB—they have 318 complaints. They falsely advertise as digital nomad-friendly, yet I had a landlord cancel an appointment simply because I work remotely. Most of their listings have ZERO REVIEWS which is a huge red flag. Their website is also extremely buggy and do not expect customer service to follow up. No surprise AirBnB is dominating them.
FF is FRAUDULENT CO WHO CHARGES AUTO RENEWALS FORCEFULLY AND REFUSE TO ISSUE REFUND! Shady, dishonest, trashy Co with extremely low unrealistic budget tenants! They rather should work on quality improving their tenants rather than forcing owners into their auto renewal subscriptions which they hide in fine print and have no proof you agree to it. I asked to cancel my 2nd year the morning of renewal day and they refused. Said I had to cancel a day before. But if you read their notice for renewal nowhere does it say we had to cancel a day before. The Opposite - says you can cancel anytime. So I did cancel as it says. Yet they refused to give refund. My first year being with them I paid for subscription but after a month I realized how horrible this Co is that has very low budgets so I stopped even looking at the site. I’ve not gotten one single tenant out of it. But to have audacity and charge for 2bd year the day I asked them to cancel and refuse to refund is another level of shady dishonest fraudulent way of doing business
This is a scam. I place an ad and cancel a week later because of lack of performance. I paid them $140 for nothing. Chaulk it up to a bad decision. No, a year later I get hit with another re-occurring charge. Apparently in the fine print you have to find a secret box and uncheck it. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FOLKS!!!!!
They doubled their fees, do not send any notification about auto renewing, and do not provide refunds. Their platform has not improved and still functions like a website from 2003. I will never use this service again
Yes, Furnished Finder is a TOTAL SCAM. THEY AUTOCHARGE YOU WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION & THEN REFUSE TO REFUND THE FEE. REPORT THE SCAM HERE at "report fraud dot ftc dot gov slash form slash main".
The company renewed my agreement for another year without my asking for it and charged me $248. I did not realize that I had to stop the service on my own on before the date that I signed up! Please beware of this practice that is very unfair to the consumer! So far I have gotten no where with getting the charges reversed and they just charged me 2 days ago. I they so desperate for customers that they use these unfair practices?
I'm a first time landlord and needed assistance with making my listing live. Michell Cardona was amazing in assisting me. She was patient, professional and friendly. I truly appreciate the attentiveness.
I am enjoying my time with FF. Jennifer and the team have been extremely helpful in getting my midterm rentals off and running. Very grateful for a company and platform as FF. Great job!
Some to Michell Cardona today who helped me with navigating the forms for listing. As someone new to renting she gave me comprehensive instructions and took care of the placing of photographs. I found her very informative and helpful. Thank you Michell.
FF is a scam operation in my opinion. Signed for the $49 deal a year ago as a trial for my STR. After finding it was a worthless investment I moved on. Until they auto renewed my this week for their $149 Premium deal . Of course you call and explain and expect they’ll see the error and refund your $. NO! A complete hassle and runaround from some SE Asian answering service that repeatedly explains ‘company policy’ of non-refundable. BS! This is a SCAM operation in my opinion and to be avoided at all cost.
Michelle Cardona was just outstanding. Patient kind understanding and so knowledgeable. She explained exactly how when and why to do the app and computer. I felt so much more confident after talking to her. She is an asset to your company. A gem.
Stay away from this company. There is ZERO customer service!!!!!!!!!! Auto renew is always on , no matter what. You will never get a refund,PERIOD.
Nothing works. Like I have literally nothing good to say about this service. Menu items are missing, buttons don't work, the emails are flagged as spam, the list is endless. Don't let them have a penny of your money.
Horrible site. Clunky user interface. They automatically renew your membership and will not let you cancel. DO NOT be scammed by this egregious company.
Company is great. I had an issue which I emailed and Jennifer responded immediately and handled the problem.Wonderful service.
Michell Cardona was extremely helpful, patient and competent. She helped me to figure things out and thoroughly explained to me a new feature that furnishfinders has to protect your property for tenant damages. She also explained what keycheck offers. She was articulate and knowledgeable.Thank you Michell. You are an asset to furnished finders.
I feel the same as another reviewer. I have hadn’t zero luck with finding any renters. It seems like they send some fake people that never pan out. On top of that they do an auto renewal without letting the landlord know. When you ask for a refund, they refuse, which is bold face stealing. Try and figure out how to turn off the auto renewal. It’s impossible. This site should be investigated and I plan on sending it to consumer affairs.
I am new with furnished finders. I feel a little bit anxious as a property owner - I only own this one home - renting it out for a little bit. Michell Cardona helped me with getting my I.D. validated and answered a slew of questions I had. I hung up feeling relieved and a bit more confident about the process. I was glad to have talked with a very helpful and real, live person before wading through the website for answers. Michell was patient, informative, personal and kind.

“Beware Of Verification & Customer Service”
I paid $99 on August 22, to list a property in Kansas City. I tried to verify my identity a total of 2 times and I got locked out. Then I reached out to customer service at 9:41 PM. I was told someone contact me the next day by 9:30 AM. On Tuesday August 23 no one called from Furnished Finders. By this time I had put in 3 support tickets. I also called at 10:16 AM. I was told by the rep, "Oh it can take up to 12 hours for a response." I waited. 12 hours passed. I called at 3:18 PM. Then I was told, "Oh it can take 24 - 48 hours for the Quality department to review your request for verification." I also asked why did not one return the call that I scheduled for help. I was told, "Oh I'm not sure why." So I made another online request for help at 8:30 on August 23. No one called again. Then 9:26 PM on August 22, I got an email to try again. I was given one time to try. I read all the questions... called the credit bureau and still... failed again. No I am upset. 1. You have to scroll and read the terms of conditions under Services, Section 1.2. Furnished Finder can eliminate your account very easily and they can take your money if you cannot pass a background check. (Funny... they do have technology now that does facial recognition that can verify you easily buy sending a link) 2. You will not know that there is credit verification until AFTER YOU PAY THE FEE. It's listed under terms and conditions but most people are going to trust that if they pay for a service if there is a hiccup they can be helped. 3. I put in two request for a call back for help with verification and still... nothing. 4. You cannot use a state ID to verify. Go figure not everyone can afford a car so maybe they don't drive for another reason. A lot of people do have state IDs but maybe don't have a license. That does not mean they are less of a person. I feel like I have been scammed. I am to blame for reading the information and still trusting Furnished Finder. I am small business owner and if I did this I would be ruined in a day but Furnished Finder can take my hard earned $99 and not have anyone to help me except through emails. I am trying to list a property so I can make enough money to put food on my table but I spent $99 to be fooled. This was not a good first impression. Tip for consumers:Research other options and read the complaints on BBB Products used:I paid for the only service they have of $99

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
