Is furnified.com Legit?

I bought the Scandinavian Shelving Unit - Oak - 186x230cm from Furnified. When it was shipped I noticed that more than half of the screws were missing from the red screw bag (which makes it impossible to built the shelve), one of the silver metal feet of the black metal rods was also missing. Two of the black metal rods (the ones that go in front, with angulation on the lower part) had some damage/ scatches. They were sticking out of their original packaging and had no protective layer when delivered.I provided a detailed list including pictures for the costumer service so they would be able to send me the missing pieces that they had failed to deliver. Unfortunately I still haven’t heard a word from them. I also called the telephone service where I only reached an intern who said he was not qualified to help me in any way.I just want to have a complete usable piece of furniture and not be forced to withdraw from the purchuse which would only involve an unnecessary waste of time, ressources and money for both me and Furnified.Update: Furnified has now confirmed that they will send me the missing pieces so I‘m not hopefull that we can sort this out. The shelve itself is really pretty so I‘m exited to use it once all the parts have arrived.

I have made a mistake in my address that cause a failure in the delivery. The lady has helped me find out the problem and resent the product immediately.

I am very happy with the furniture I bought ; very good quality and easy to assemble. I would recommend this product to friends. Some of them thought it was really a vintage model from the 60ies

The quality of the chairs is really nice! The staff was really nice and enthusiastic.

Did a lot of research before placing my order of a nice marble table. I called their customer service to double check the liability of the company. A very friendly and passionate person helped me through the order process resulting in receiving my order properly a few days later. I’m very satisfied and get a lot of compliments from visiting friends!!

Order 2666 not received even after 2 weeks of order neither tracking link received despite multiple chats with help desk no response, no contact number to reach, one final response from help desk received asking if they have to cancel order which I agreed , but no refund received so far even aftera week of cancellation

The desk was delivered damaged so we negotiated a partial refund. In general, low-quality piece of furniture.

I have ordered last month... still not rcvd my material..order number 2569....no one is responding.. service is not good.. tracking not possible...

I ordered on 08th April 2024 and order Number is #1897.But still shipment not received and even can not get the response - Even after 50 days.Is there any contact number??Is there any one in your organization - a responsible person give the response.As per my opinion this is fraud company

Pray to god that you do not need customer service for anything. Placed an order in the store for items we needed urgently. We were promised delivery in two weeks, on the condition of immediate payment in full. Which we did. Bad idea.Two weeks later, and I have not even managed to get a delivery date. Customer service is available for a couple of hours per week (no joke).

Ordered a table end of November 2023, still haven't received it to date. Getting zero updates from the company, they are unable to tell me when the product is coming nor if I will get it soon. Don't loose time or money ordering with them!

I've ordered a table (1300€) who arrived with a big defect and a bump. I've send some picture and you can't miss the big bump on it. But the brand is laughing at me telling me "all products are uniques and there are some color variations so eveything is normal ! What a good excuse to not help me. I have to send emails and emails and they reply like 1/3 times.

I’ve honestly never witnessed such a rude and absent customer service.Considering the high prices that shouldn’t be possible. Never reachable on the phone or 2 hours per day but you never know if they will pick up the phone. People talking on Instagram chat are super unprofessional.

My new bed frame was paid and would be delivered after 6 weeks, so i bought a matching mattress.Sadly, a few hours before delivery, they cancelled the delivery. I was promised i just had to wait 4 more weeks. 4 weeks later nothing... after e-mailing a few times, i was informed i would have to wait another 2 months. Today, after almost 4 months of waiting, they cancelled my purchase. THIS COMPANY IS RIDICULES. This should be illegal, keeping someones payment for months and then just cancelling.

Terrible Service! I ordered a sideboard in Feburary with the expected delivery date in 12 weeks. After following up with the team, apparently it will only be delivered to the warehouse end of June, no idea when the actual delivery date would be. I have tried cancelling this order with a refund, but until now, no response yet. My second order I did directly at the store in Knokke, paid the amount of 1k directly with the promise it will be delivered in 2 weeks as it is in stock. AFter askign about this product as well, it was said that the expected delivery date would be in two more weeks, a total of 4 weeks waiting time. I dont receive proper feedback from the team as I barely receive a response, and I hope that I will get my money back for the first order. On top of that, deliveries will be made only to the front door, not to the apartment: how am I, a woman alone going to carry a 1m20 sideboard up 5 floors?? Never again am I buying here as the service and delivery is total unreliable, and the delivery dates are completley made up in my opinion. Then I will spend more money on real furniture or buy from WESTWING only, as they proivde top notch service and fast deliveries!!!!

Still waiting for my order. Received an email that it will be delayed. I try to receive available items asap but communication is really bad. Nobody picks up the phone, apparently only one person within the whole company has access to the ordering system. Horrible.Update: I was finally able to pick up my order. And it was incomplete! Update 16-04: no reply from the company as to when the items will be delivered. They just dont reply! It is sooo frustrating!!!

The quality of the products of Furnified is not good. In the beginning, we could think of it as being "initial problems", but after a while, you would think that they manage to upgrade the quality. - I bought a bench a couple of years ago, where the leather is scratched and absolutely not good. They claim that this is normal due to working with "second rate" products and that their prices reflect that.- I recently bought a mirror for which I had to wait for three months and upon delivery, it appears that the mirror completely deforms your image... For 160 EUR, you would at least expect the mirror to be a mirror...They do not do any quality control and deliver their goods and then see what the clients have to say on it. I know of many people who have bad experiences (e.g. broken table tops upon delivery (e.g. the marble seems to be of very bad quality); unstable tables). The prices are "fair" but in the end, way too expensive for the quality that they provide. This was the last time that I bought something at Furnified. I learned my lesson.
