Is furco.co.uk Legit?

I was told my couch was going to be delivered in 1-2 weeks I have tried contacting you directly today but the sales email address bounced back and I’ve tried from two accounts which is really worrying! I’ve then looked at all the negative reviews on here and on instagram. Avoid! How can a company operate with no working email? Customer service is zilch I just hope I can get a refund. You’re taking money from innocent people who save to get nice things and you don’t deliver!

Our sofas arrived right on time, and we could easily track the delivery. Mario gave us a call 40 minutes before they arrived, and the sofas were smoothly brought into our lounge. My husband had no trouble assembling them, and they’re absolutely lovely—strong, comfortable, and just what we wanted!

I would rather flush my money down the toilet! I ordered a lamp, paid for a lamp 2 days later received a WhatsApp message to tell me the lamp was out of stock, no refund, no offer of something else, I sent 2 emails, no response, I sent several WhatsApp messages back asking for a refund no response. I tried to ring and no answer and mailbox full so unable to leave message, quite clearly they don’t want to give my money back so I can only think there scammers !

Great communication from FURCO before, during, and after I got my chair. I’d been looking for a swivel chair, so when I saw this one at such a great price, I couldn’t resist. It arrived really well packed. Haven’t fully set it up yet, but I’ve already sat on it, rocked, and swivelled – it’s awesome!

Just purchased the Chicago Series 2+1 in grey, and it's fantastic! It looks great, feels even better, and is incredibly comfortable. The massage features is a game changer, and the inbuilt speakers let me enjoy my favorite tunes. The cool temperature cup holders and numerous charging ports for phones, laptops, and tablets are super convenient. Delivery was smooth, and I highly recommend the assembly service- top notch all around. You won't be disappointed!

We purchased a grey anyna sofa and they told us that will be delivered in a few days then came into weeks then no communication from these SCAMMERS. Contacted them and they told me that it will be delivered in a few days then no communication from them again. They STOLE my 75 year old DISABLED FATHER’S MONEY.Then Apparently the company went into “Liquidation” which is absolutely crap because the owner still owns it. Look on company house and you will see the officers who own the company. I am still fighting for the money. I hope these people go to prison for Fraud! Karma is coming for them. Apparently they don’t have any assets.Furco are a bunch of thieves. Keep your money and go to a big company not these small companies because you won’t get you product or your money back.

SCAM!! SCAM!! SCAM!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!! Ordered a bedroom set with delivery confirmation stating 4 business days. 4 days came and went with nothing delivered. It’s been 3 weeks and no communication from the company. Tried to email, phone and fill in online forms and not a single response! When you try to phone the number displayed on the website it rings out and then a message stating “‘mailbox full” Raised a dispute with PayPal for refund, currently waiting on them getting back to me. This company is a scam! Do not order!

I ordered two sofas from Furco June 6th and was assured it take 5 to 6 weeks to deliver. I was later told it would be delivered on the 29th July and a confirmation email would be sent between 22nd through 25th July. As it stands none of what has been promised has happened and I get no replies from their customer service. Furco you can do better. Please get a grip of your issues. I will be taking this up with my bank as all attempts to get a refund issued from Furco has yielded nothing.

Fantastic service from start to finish! From ordering to receiving my sofas, I received weekly updates, and the entire process took just tow weekly. The two delivery guys were polite and even took all the packaging with them. Five stars all around, and the price was great too!

Terrible experience, especially in terms of lack of communication. They were very responsive before the purchase was made, but completely unresponsive once it had been completed. After contacting them several times and then finally initiating a chargeback, I noticed that the dining set ordered was removed from their website. Great service from start to finish.Sofas delivered in 1 week and love them.

Awful service. Paid in full for several items & paid extra for assembly. Needed a specific delivery date as due to work commitments need weekend delivery although did book time off for a weekday afternoon. A week after paying we have no idea when anything is arriving, with a WhatsApp to say one item (no clear detail of which item) is going to be 2 months although we were led to believe all was in stock & on 2 days ago they said all should be ok. Then no confirmation or reply ….After calling for 2 days they did say they’d call me back ‘in 10 mins’ - that was over 5 hours ago and no update x

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Only half the product arrived (a kitchen island - the marble top arrived but no ACTUAL ISLAND!) Took over 2 months to resolve. The initial delivery was delayed twice, then they delivered it on the wrong day and left it outside the house even though I had booked 2 man delivery into the house. They offered nothing in compensation for the muck up. They offered no apology and I was down £2k for 2 months. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I was always kept up to date with the delivery, and the item arrived within the original timeframe. The wardrobe is amazing!
