We purchased a large amount of their barnwood boards to replace the floor in our eco-office. The timber looks fantastic, and my order was perfectly handled. Everything arrived when it was supposed to and it was all correct to our cutting list. Perfect. Very helpful and nice company to deal with, and they will definitely be my first port of call next time i need some reclaimed timbers.

The cladding received looks great but the company needs to improve communication. No message received to say order had been despatched or was being delivered. Phone call received at 7pm to say delivery was being made but no one was home. We accommodated and the cladding was left in our car port. The driver then drove his van in to a neighbours car and drove off without stopping and owning up. Luckily there was a witness. The company has been fine in sorting but all the same, not a great delivery experience.

Such a great customer service!We bought custom made table base. Throughout the buying and delivering process Lauren and Dan were so helpful. They made sure we are aware of the process and went an extra mile when I asked if they could make an L shape angle trim. Dan even went to check with the supplier next door to see if they have composite ones (that’s what we originally were after). They didn’t so Dan made them from high quality steel! After searching for new office furniture through 'usual' websites for some time and simply not being able to find the quality and look we were hoping for, we contacted Funky Timber for designs and cost. They were helpful and honest from the start, giving suggestions on different designs and costs. We were tight on time to ensure staff could move in to the new office on time, however Funky Timber worked hard to ensure the furniture was delivered on time.The four tables we ordered, including a Boardroom table look fantastic. Excellent service, fast delivery and fabulous product. We clad one of the internal walls of my garden office with two of the capuccino packs and I'm thrilled! Great colours, all planks in really good condition, a few nails as you would expect which adds to the character. Very happy, highly recommend, all who've seen it have said 'wow'!

Funky Timber offered an outstanding service, from start to finish!I’ve been looking for a feature wall for my bedroom for 6 months and finally found a company that went above and beyond to supply me exactly what I wanted! They matched my wall from some photos I supplied and it looks better than I could have imagined! Lauren was super helpful and very responsive and decided that I would have funky timber install the feature wall for me!Dan was excellent, the wall was fitted in super quick time and even cleaned up after himself!They have made my dream become a reality and i honestly could rate them highly enough! These people are truly great ….Product is lovely and their customer service excellent. We did have a delivery issue caused by the courier company but Funky Timber followed this through right to the end and clearly have fantastic service ethics as a business. Have already recommended to many and will continue to do so…

Absolutely appalling customer service and products. Rude staff. Avoid avoid avoid. They don’t like bad reviews and use any method to get them removed. I appealed to eBay to have my truthful feedback reinstated.
