Is funidelia.ie Legit?

Wow! I can honestly say the cat costume I ordered from Funidelia was of the poorest quality I have ever received of anything I’ve bought online. The p&p to buy it and then return it because it was such bad quality, cost almost as much as the item itself. Clearly this is a tactic used by the company to deter customers from returning the rubbish they sell. This should have formed part of a gift for my grandson but I couldn’t disappoint him with such a poor quality item. Personally, I’d steer clear of this company as the images are not accurate in my opinion. I went on to spend a few pounds more and got an excellent quality replacement from another company. It was never about the money, it’s about the quality of goods and service - neither of which this terrible quality company are trying to achieve.

Supposed to take 24 hrs, but took a week. Waited 3 days to send the packadge and customer service was unavailable and didnt get back to me until 36 hrs later.

I RECIEVED MY CARNIVAL COSTUME ORDERS AND NOTICED THAT SOME PRODUCTS WERE DIRTY USED AND RIPPED , THE WIGS WERE FOR THEIR PRICE COST WERE ABSOLUTELLY FAIL .... IF THE DELIVERY COST WERE NORMAL AND NO THE HALF OF MY ORDER I WOULD SEND THEM BACK ..... NOT HAPPY AT ALL !!!!!!!!!!!!

Once we found your online store it was very easy to use, and the availability and delivery options were main factors for us to order thru you.The numerous option of goods to choose from was great.The processing of the order and the delivery time were very good.It was wonderful to get such great services from an online store.

The costume arrived when it was expected, and in good condition. I used it on stage in a sketch, and it got the laughs, more than I expected, but in a good way. The audience voted my sketch as second best, after children telling jokes, at the concert! (A music item came third.)

The product arrived quickly and although it's not the best quality, it is also not the worst in the world. However, I ordered a costume for my 3 year old son choosing the size for 3 year old kids and the delivered costume is so big it could fit me and my son would be lost in it even though his built is average for his age. It was easy to process the return, however, it will cost me 2x postage which is not cheap and I feel like the information on the website regarding the size was misleading.

Ordered on 11th september (10 days ago) - item was apparently shipped the same day but I have still not received anything. When I try to track the item using the number provided, the courier website says "sorry, there was a problem" so I have no idea what has happened. I have emailed customer service and hope they will send out a replacement ASAP in which case I will update this review. As it stands, they have my money and I do not have my item! :(EDIT: I got a reply almost instantly and the customer service team issued a replacement order right away. I couldn't ask for more than that, so fingers crossed the new order does arrive!

Ordered from another site which let me down and with the date of the play fast approaching I was glad to see fast delivery option. It even came a day earlier than I expected and it was a lovely costume that fit well.

The costume after over a week of not being in the packaging is still really flat and as it’s supposed to be Pac-Man and round it’s more like a flat disc. Upon opening noticed the arm holes are very tight for my just turned 4 year old, this is size aged 4-10 years and also has holes in the stitching before the costume was even worn. Pacmans eyes are hot glued on and already peaking off. Definitely not worth the money! Although the package was sent out very quickly and delivered with in 2 days of ordering

Great transaction. Item received without any issues. Shipping is a little slow because of where it comes from but tracking information was promptly provided.

Nice batman costume for this price. We took nice photos in it. I have changed some parts to look more professional (boots, gloves, cloak), but the other parts are really great. I recommend it to buy.

Worst customer service experience ever. We bought a tie-dye suit for our son’s high school prom but ordered the wrong size and needed to return the original one and order a new size. First off, find out that you are responsible for all return shipping costs which are to Spain. After almost a month, my package is returned saying it has been “refused”. I immediately contacted the customer service to ask why and they steadfast in their opinion that I did not pay the customs fees and that they will not refund my money until they receive the package. 😡

We bought the PJ Masks Owlette costume (ages 7-9) as a birthday present for our Granddaughter, which was a huge hit! It arrived in time. She loves it and wants to wear it every day (including to school!). The costume is a perfect fit and very good quality.

The costume was very well made and my 2 boys (AKA gecko and catboy) got a great kick out of owlette turning up unexpectedly to join them on their adventures. The delivery was quicker than expected and I would definitely order from them again!

Costume came very quickly and everything was there, costume fit perfectly, gloves ,boot covers and mask arnt great but I brought external items and the costume now looks ace!

Great prices and the costumes were fantastic. 2 boys loved their Star Wars costumes. Defo size up for a bit of comfort. Will be looking for next year soon. Keep up the great work.

Excellent customer service. Part of order was missing and the whole order was resent again without any issues so pleasant to deal with. Will be back.

Don’t expect a descent customer service when returning you items they won’t want to give you your refund I’ve now had to escalate it through Amazon.Should be a plane and simple return but no a month later still nothing.

My son was so happy with his bday decor!! We are from Puerto Rico and Fireman Sam doesnt exist in the US; im beyond grateful to find it in your website! Thanks

Returning an item is such a hassle and so expensive (in our case like 60% of the cost of the product) that it ends up not being worth it.
