I ordered an Ornaments Garage Door Mural from Fulwear. I can't begin to describe what they sent me. It looks like a large shower curtains with no hardware. I'm so disappointed. I was ordering it for the holidays. I have requested a refund through PayPal and I sent them a scathing email. They are such frauds. It's bad enough that it took me longer to receive it than they indicated when I placed the order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I ordered a magical christmas tree from fulwear nov.7th 2021 .They said that they will sent me a e mail when ready to ship the tree also said in 10 to 20 days dec. 3rd will be 20 days.And i have not heared from them i have sent 4 e mails and the tree is paid for.Pay pal and my credit card company will be investigating they already know about this.I have printed all information that i could get it will be faxed to both companies.
Hi I ordered the same only I ordered 2 and the ferris wheel xmas tree . I paid express shipping at £9.99 overall I spent £130 gbp . My ferris wheel tree was a 12 inch tree topper no lights that you prob pay £2 for my magical trees were 6inchs that I've actually seen in pondstretcher at £1 . I immediately emailed them but I've received no correspondence pay pal can't refund . This money was my 2 disabled kids pocket money and they respond well to light stimulation, they are totally devastated and just don't understand how someone can take their little money I'd love to get them the trees they were so excited for but unfortunately as a single mom to 4 kids I just can't afford the £300 price tag. I also ordered the 6ft. Magical pre-lit Christmas Tree from Fulwear. After many e-mails to them asking when I might expect delivery of this tree, I finally received a USPS small package in my P.O. Box with a 6inch tree. The tree was bent as they forced it into a package to fit in a P.O. Box. I too have notified my credit card company and started a fraud investigation against Fulwear.
Do not order from Fulwear.com this site is a scam. I ordered the Ferris Wheel Christmas tree $45.52 and paid through pay pal. I received a USPS package from Fulwear enclosed was a .50 cent 3 inch straw bent Christmas tree. I am reporting to FTC and Pay Pal
I found the advertisement for this Fulwear.com page on the yahoo news home page, and they were promoting some Christmas lights with a good discount, but after a month of waiting I received a totally different product, a Christmas lights worth $ 1 in any dollar store, but thanks to what happened to me it helps to make sure I never buy from these Chinese sites.
Do Not order anything from Fulware. It is a bait & switch scam. They offered a 6 foot christmas tree for $44.99 then after a long delay sent a 6 inch tree. I complained and was offered a $7.00 refund. I refused and was offered $13.00. I refused and offered to compomise settle for $38.00. Fulware's latest offer $20.00. Given Fulware history I would not purchase anything from this company.
Do not order from Fulwear. They only shipped me the battery back for the trees I ordered (literally nothing else) and their best way to resolve was a $12 refund. I spent $110! What an insult
Keep pushing back on the refund Mike. I got my refund offer increased from $7 to $41 on a $49.99 item that wasn’t as described. Their website is clear; full refund for faulty goods. they are scammers, theives, liars and fraudsters, I have reported them to Paypal.
I have been in contact with Fulwear for over a month. I ordered the METAL engine kit and finally got a broken ceramic toy. I even sent them pictures of their advertising. I am at the $15 point in a series of 6 back and forth e-mails. They are a bait and switch company...NEVER buy anything from them!!!!

when ever you buy anything on the internet, always pay with Paypal, I ordered two of the 357 piece percision metal model kits in a christmas promotion for a total of $141 after a very long wait they sent me two of their crap plastic engines. i notified the compony that this was not acceptable and they offered to refund me $12 after a few useless emails to them, I filed a case with Paypal and of course received a 100 % refund in a couple of days
