Service was at 4 pm. At 3:45 I called asking where the flowers were. She said they couldn't deliver even though their website tracking said flowers were out for delivery. These agents lie. On July 3 I ordered flowers for my daughters 50th birthday.(a once in a lifetime event).I added the additional cost for guaranteed delivery for July 5th. July 5 comes and goes no delivery. They took my money but did not deliver on time. Handling fee magically appears only when you are in the final stage of the order. Overall they are making a fool of the customer. I ordered an arrangement for my newborn grandson on Friday for a Sunday delivery to funeral home. There was only a handful of people to attend, which made this the only arrangement being sent. Do not order from (fromyouflowers.com). I flowers for my daughter in law for her birthday and they didn't arrive. I received a phone call the next day apologizing for the delay and that they didn't have a vendor in that area. (Leland, NC right outside of Wilmington, NC.) They offered to upgrade my arrangement and a letter of apology to be sent out the next day. I didn't ask about the vendor issue. I figured they had worked it out some how. Well, the arrangement didn't arrive again and I received an email with an apology again and stated they would be happy to send flowers to another address of my choosing. Obviously, I didn't want flowers sent to just anyone and I requested my money back. The moment had been lost and the experience with this company truly failed to deliver.
This very same thing just happened to me, they are supposed to " Investigage " to find out what happened to my delivery, the 2nd one included..I ordered them for my 5 year old grandaughter in care of her mother who is a teacher. I wanted them delivered to the school on her birthday, I ordered the flowers, bear and ballons. My daughter waited on the 1st day 2 hours over, they stated that the delivery was made, yet she NEVER received them on th 1st day. I called and made a formal complaint and also emailed. ( 3 times ). Apologies were made and promises again broken to have them delivered by 1:30 PM on the 2nd day. No one reached out to her ( I provided the time the school closed and her cell and name ). I am beyond upset!
