As Treasurer of Switzerland County I have found Friendship to be a GREAT bank to work with. They are accurate and professional. Questions and issues are taken care of immediately. The staff if friendly and a delight to work with. I would recommend Friendship to anyone for personal or business needs.

Friendship State Bank has always & continues to do everything right - helpful in person, helpful on the phone, helpful with loans, etc. We've banked with them for almost 23 years, and now our kids have accounts with them. Our family is so thankful for this bank!

I've been banking with Friendship for many years. The staff are super friendly, they know me even though I don't go in often. They do everything possible to assist me with whatever I need.

I always use the same computer. I rarely take it anywhere. I always use the same browser. And yet when I try to log in I'm regularly required to do two factor authentication (I can't say always because I haven't kept a log). And every time I have to use 2FA I check the box asking the system to trust my device. What do I have to do to make the IT people understand me?

Friendship has the best customer service. They are always prompt at getting back to you and answering any questions or taking care of issues with account.

I went into the Batesville branch looking to open not only a savings, but also a checking account. Upon arrival I was met with smiling faces and waves gesturing me to come in when I walked into the door. Hesitantly, I walked to the counter greeting the beautiful smiling faces of this wonderful establishment. For what seemed to be a short time I was in and out with a new pair of bank accounts and fresh new debit card in tow. Not to mention additionally I was instructed on how to use and set up my new Friendship State Bank mobile app and online banking features. As I walked out of the bank that day, smile on my face, I recalled of better times, longing for a better banking experience I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth the whole experience was for me. These guys make banking easy!

I love the Friendliness and small town feel of FSB, it's not like some large banking system from NY or somewhere that doesn't care about your business.

I love Friendship Bank. The employees are always so helpful and friendly. If I had one thing I could change there, it would be a better interest rate on our savings account. Id love to have a credit card through my bank too. Love you guys at Friendship!

You can count on the ladies at the Vevay branch, Bridgett Kati Heather and Rhonda. I’ve had several mix ups when depositing at another branch due to another individual having the same name , I call them and it’s figured out within a few minutes. Awesome knowing you have people like that taking the extra time with their customers.

Not a single complaint about any Friendship Bank experience ever! We have been customers for just over 10 years now.

My husband and myself made an appointment with Loan Officer Cathy Cutter at the Vevay Branch. I had just gotten home from a hospital stay a few days before the scheduled appointment. We went to the appointment but I was still not feeling so well. Long story short, Cathy could not have been more concerned and compassionate. So much so that she came to our home the following day for us to complete the process as opposed to requiring me to return to the bank on that date. I so appreciate the extra effort on her part to accommodate me at that time. She certainly went above and beyond to take care of Friendship Bank customers. I will be forever grateful.

I grew up in Friendship and have never used any other bank. My farther purchased our farm on Possum Trot Ridge in 1949 with a mortgage through the Friendship State Bank. I have been a customer of the bank since I was about 10 years old ( I am now 80), Wilke Lemon was the president of the bank when I opened my first account. It has been a great, lifelong financial relationship. I have heard horror stories about other banks, but I have never had an issue that wasn't resolved quickly and with the utmost professionalism. Much thanks to this bank for all of the financial guidance and assistance over these many years as a proud customer.

I wish there was a way to give 20 stars for their incredible customer service. We are moving and they have been amazing thru the whole mortgage process. They went above and beyond and sent us a Kroger gift card for working with their insurance company and that really showed how much they value their customers. We are 1st time customers with their company and will be customers for life!!

Every time you turn around, they are locking your card so you cannot use it. I stopped to get gas one morning after work, put my card in and it said my card was declined, I had just gotten paid. I found out the froze my card from that gas station because they thought it was a fraudulent transaction.Then you go to use your card and can't because, gues what, you've already spent to much of your own money for the day. It's my money, I need access to it when and how I need it, not how they want me to have it. We don't live in a dictatorship here.

The tellers are super friendly, and this bank does NOT charge $30 per day if you accidentally go over budget with your debit card. It’s your money people, choose your bank wisely. I would highly recommend Friendship State Bank.
