Is freestylecycling.com Legit?

Ordered a cycling jersey which came in a reasonable good shipping time from China. Quality do the jersey is good and the design fantastic. Unfortunately I have ordered the wrong size, as the jersey is on the wider side. Great support from the team in solving the size issue, special thanks to Adele, who replied very quick and competently.

Ordered a jersey according to the size guide that THEY have listed. The shirt was too short on the stomach. When I reached out to customer support, the representation said "I am that height, weight, and have that chest size and the jersey fits me fine." Terrible Quality control and awful customer service. Don't buy from them.

I and my girlfriend ordered two spacedogs cycling shorts. It took a while to arrive as it came from China.Once it arrived, we were worried that we received the wrong items, so contacted customer support. Not even a day later they reached back to us and explained that there was no difference between men's and women's stitching. So having two versions on the website seems a bit scammy...Otherwise, the quality of the shorts is awesome, the color is even better than in the pictures, the silicone grippers and the gel pad is also very nice, and the material feels like a premium swimsuit.If you are patient and can wait for the items to arrive, and you are also sure about what size to order, then don't hesitate. You won't regret buying from here!

Based on their stated claim of 100% customer satisfaction, I returned a jacket that did not fit. Several email exchanges with Jeff Fuller as to how/where to return the item for a full refund. He reluctantly provided a Miami address. USPS confirmed delivery. I have heard nothing from him or the company. I believe this company to be a scam.

Excellent email communication - prompt responses and assistance with design . We were short on time and had the design agreed upon within 48 hours and items were shipped appx 6 days later (4 business days from design approval to shipment!)I paid for expedited shipment and the items arrived 8 days later (from China)Items were received and look exactly as the design I approved and quality / sizing seems to be perfect!I will plan better for next years event and Get the logos / ideas to their design team earlier so we are not rushed !NO ONE ELSE could get us custom jerseys within our 3 week time frame at an affordable price !$49.99 each jersey and $20 expedited shipping was the best money I have ever spent !our team will be styling for our fundraiser event next week!THANK YOU!

I love the variety of products and graphics. My jerseys were good quality and arrived neatly folded in their packaging (seems simple but it's rarer than you'd think!) The customer service has gone above and beyond tracking and keeping me informed as an international buyer. I wish the process was easier and faster, ordering internationally took some time but was satisfied with the product once they arrived.

I ordered a cycling kit from this store which superficially seemed to be American, but turned out to be Chinese. No problem so far, since almost everything comes from China anyway. I understand that most people would hesitate to order if they knew it was a Chinese shop, it's all about reputation right?The kit looked nice and certainly not cheap. On fitting I found the jersey to be larger than expected and the bib too tight on the legs, but otherwise okay. However some seams ripped during the first try-on, which did not give me much confidence. So I contacted the store and got a reasonably quick and friendly reply. After some messages we agreed on exchanging the undesired and damaged items and I am currently awaiting the correct jersey. I am very positive about the way the shop has handled this so far, I think this is a very good sign for trust in Chinese companies. Greets Chris

I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered.....I purchased 4 jerseys for hubby for Father's Day and I have no idea when I will get them now or if really. It has been 11 days already. I contacted the company and they sent me tracking information. The products haven't left China! What a huge disappointment. I think next time I will make sure that a customer service number is workable before ordering online ever again. ☹

What source do I use to contact this company for returns. I have received only a non working number in China to call. I did contact the 611 help line which lead me to a long conversation with my internet provider telling me it will cost me $15 to contact China just to start the process. I think I am being stone walled.

I’ve had nothing but an excellent experience working with Freestyle cycling. First off, their selection of kits is great- solid “cool” kits and more comedic ones that bring smiles to the group you ride with. Prices are reasonable, and the customer service is too-notch. My order was taking a long time to arrive, so I contacted their help line. I had a response within a day and they continued to check in with me until the issue was resolved. Very pleased with the whole experience.

I’m a cynical customer. I ordered 3 jerseys for the first time. The quality is on par with far more expensive, plain looking jerseys. The printing on them is crisp, with vibrant colors. The seams are tight, the zippers are smoothe. The fabric breathes and is very comfortable. They’ll last a long time. I’m still going to order more because I love the creativity and variety. The customer service and response time to questions was amazing! - thank you Adele! They got here quickly too!

Ordered 2 jerseys to make sure that I got the right size and when I contacted them to return it I was super impressed with how quickly they responded and helped with the return. The jersey itself was super cute and super soft. The colors were just as vibrant as they were in the pictures. Exactly what I expected.

Overall, my experience with freestyle was good! I usually don't order anything from overseas but accidently did on this order. I needed the jersey for a certain date and contacted freestyle about faster shipping. They worked with me, and I received the Jersey on time. They had great communication through email.

My jersey didn’t arrive and I had forgotten about it. Freestyle contacted me to check if I was a happy customer. When I told them, they responded right away and promises we’d to get a jersey to me. I got it shortly afterward and I’m really happy with it. I appreciate that they took the initiative to contact me.

I ordered a jersey, which I loved. It's a bit thinner and stretchier than most cycling jerseys, which I like, and the pattern is fantastic. Didn't wear it for a few weeks. When I did, I noticed some stains -- black ink? -- that almost blended in with the pattern, but not quite. Contacted Freecycling, and they've promised to send me a new one with no trouble, even though it had been a while since my order. Trying my luck, I then asked if I might switch the size (the original one I'd ordered was a bit snug), and again, no trouble at all. Very much appreciate both the product and, especially, the service!

I have ordered two items from Freestyle Cycling. I have no idea where they are after almost 2 weeks. The phone number for customer service does not even have voicemail. They do not reply to email enquires. This is the worst online purchase I have ever experience and I would never do it again. Buyer beware!

Offer a broad range of exciting cycling gear. Product looks and feels good. Contact with company is quick and efficient. Be prepared to wait for about 2 weeks ((EU) for delivery of your order.

The communication with the owner/seller is very good and advised on accurate sizing. Received within two weeks, and the quality is very good especially jersey. I will buy more again from this company. Keep it up.
