Seemed simple. Unknown reason why I have a low score. Paid off all debt. Do not carry large balances. Never bankrupt, worked everyday for over 40 years.? No loans for almost 10 years. How to remove what to improve. Cannot find help

The site works simply fine, but it's overpriced by $10 monthly, should be 19.95 or you offer a startup discount of $10 for the first year or 6 mos. So people have time to work with it and decide its worth. Just saying. Mark

“Needed Credit Reports”

Lost in online site, as I'm not very computer savvy. Once I spoke directly to Representative, he cleared up my confusion and guided me thru the necessary steps to successfully acquire the credit reports I needed.

“Isn't technically free”

The website forces you to input credit card information and sign up for a $35 a month service. Rather annoying. It's also not convenient to cancel that service before you are billed. It got me what I needed though.

I could not get my password accepted. Then when I did, with some help, There was a glitch in getting my files. Then They had to cancel m records of over ten years and re assign me a new Case number so I lost all my past history. Not worth all the misery! Russ

“A bit confusing”

The experience was frustrating. I was directed to too many links that did not give me help or answers I needed., I am not technically inclined. At one time in my life I wrote on Black boards. This site is like many I encounter. Assuming everyone understands what to do. I don't. I prefer talking to a person. Finding a phone number is also complicated, since now we are to communicate on phones or computers. Then getting through the Voice response to actually talk to a person is madding.

It was helpful but didn't answer all my questions. They charge $1 dollar don't waste your time you, the annual report suppose to have been free. When I called back to cancel my membership I had to get rude with the salesman because he kept on trying to sell me something I didn't want. I tried to be nice but I don't like pushy people.

I was disappointed to get ALL the way to the end of the information gathering to pull my "free" credit score and report only to find out that it is only a free trial for 7 days, then it rolls into a monthly service fee of $30/month! At that point, I decided to go through with it since I had taken so much time to fill out all the information. I wish I would have known that up front instead of feeling like it was a bait and switch.

I called a little upset about a charge on my account and was frustrated. I got Ramon on the line and I'm so happy I did. His outstanding customer service and positive energy has been exceptional. I could no longer even be mad at the dispute and he gave me so many beneficial reasons to keep my account open. I wish I could talk to Ramon for every single time I called any company I need to speak to. I lost a brother on the New York Times Square train station He hit a third rail and was electrocuted to death. Ramon took time to send his condolences and thoughts. I was glad to be able to see what my credit score was, even though it's considered "Fair" it has brought me a ton of relief to know the specific numbers and what the causes of them are. I will definitely use this for the future to monitor my credit score because that's the most important thing in life (If you needed to have good credit just to be able to eat I would've starved a long time ago)

Was able to see my score from all three major FICO score holders - only a 2-point difference between the top and lowest score - that's good to know. I had put a freeze due to fraudulent activity and all three had that notes, again, good to see. I have been keeping tabs annually so nothing unexpected in my data and the balances seemed close to actuals. Problem info in the past were corrected (then) and stayed corrected. Information seems good.

Needed to check out if new information showing that I'd paid off 2 High interest credit cards, which should have definitely improved my credit score. I'm considering a big credit purchase in the immediate future and want the best possible credit score for lower interest rates on the loan that I'm planning on asking for.

I've accessed my online credit reports for over 15 years, and the 'big ones' get worse every year. Inaccurate information, that has been corrected over and over again, when you have all three in a row to review, scores are crazy. FreeScore had all the information, lined up, detailed, clear, and actually as up to date as the day I did it! Clearly showing in comparison that the others aren't working hard enough.

I received the information very quickly and was able to provide the information to my mortgage company so they could work on my loan. Trying to get a credit freeze lifted can be a little difficult and this solved my problem all at one time. Great service and they did just what they said they would do.

I tried to call your phone #*******209-And stop being charged. It did not work. It makes me feel that I have been hacked. If not please release me from future charges or give me a way to do it. It should not be this hard to keep from getting my FREE score. I am not happy with your hacking. John Swann

After I reviewed my "free" results, I had all sorts of problem getting the $1 refunded (do not even understand why this was charged in the first place). Had to get to a supervisor to get the refund accomplished. Need to better train customer service personnel.

This was my first time using this online service and I must confess to being just a little hesitant about doing so because of the initial documentation needed to start the process. However, I do understand why it was necessary to provide said information because of the need for accuracy. I found the service to be very thorough, fast, and accurate. I was very pleased and would use this service again in the future.

Recently I started getting notifications that I had packages due to be delivered, phone calls saying that my order will be shipped and my account will be charged huge amounts, plus notices on my cell phone indicating that someone had accessed my account and are browsing my photos. I followed up with my bank, my cell phone carrier and found that no one was successful in opening new accounts using my information. I added more anti virus mechanisms to my online transactions to deter this activity further.
