Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between freeparking.co.nz and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of freeparking.co.nz. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. For some reason my Visa card automatic renewal was declined and I couldn't have been helped more by Fredielyn at Freeparking. She was sympathetic, reassured me that my company wouldn't lose the domain, and let me know immediately when the payment did go through. I found the whole process efficient and helpful.
Freeparking has really gone downhill. Email is no longer reliable and the support is awful. I've lost hours of my time going around in circles trying to resolve issues. They also called me and told me all my email accounts were full then suspended my account. They weren't full. I've lost count of the number of times I've asked for someone senior to contact me to discuss how/why this happened. We'll be moving when our business is quieter in autumn.
Helpful friendly and competent service. I spoke with Gedeon (ticket I-16900347) who chased down the problem and also continued to monitor the resolution over the following days to ensure things were fixed properly.Much appreciated!
Emmanuel L was a pleasure to deal with, solved my issues quickly and proficiently.
Kyle was very helpful and fixed our problem. He also called back as promised.
Ref 1-16857103Gedeon. Solved my email issues in seconds. Knowledgeable, courteous and very patient with me.Excellent service.
Came the time to renew my email plan and domain registration. Recieved umpteen emails to that end. When I clicked on the renew icon in their emails to renew they ignored my domain registration and billed me for web hosting instead of the domain registration. I don't use web hosting. They say it's my fault and refuse to refund the amount paid and left me with no work emails. Phoning them an exercise in time wasting website says New Plymouth NZ. But really a call center in the Philippines. So much BS . Previously had a good experience with them but now it seems the Nigerian prince of domain providers.
Had turned off autorenewals in my payment settings to stop any future payments. I was unaware that there was other locations this needed to be switched off but common sense would tell you that by doing this in payment settings it would be sufficient (Companies like this make it difficult to catch you out). A renewal went out and I contacted freeparking on the same day so this could be cancelled and refunded as I had not used this product. They have refused the refund and were very difficult to deal dragging the process over 3 days. Have been a loyal customer for years, do not use as they don't care.
Excellent customer service experiences every time I need to ask a question or make a change. Today's example was a perfect example of this. The representative (Junmar), was very polite, explained all my options in clear and simple terms, and even sent through screenshots of an end-to-end process of how I could achieve the change I wanted. Brilliant. And all done in just a few moments. This is why I changed to Freeparking from a much bigger off-shore company that seemed a 'safer' bet but were incredibly difficult and inconsistent with customer service and technical support.
The wait time to speak to someone wasn't too long & Junmar was friendly and extremely efficient with helping me with my issue. Junmar offered to walk me through how to fix the issue myself, or just do it for me. As I was short on time, I asked Junmar to do it & my problem was fixed instantly.
Interaction ticket I-16236965My support agent (Junmar I believe) was clear and succinct and listened to my concerns well, answered all my questions and resolved the issue effectively and quickly. The best support I have received from Freeparking to date. Most highly rated - They were exceptional.
Gideon was very helpful and polite and solved my problem without hesitation.
I-16832302GEDEON, was very helpful. He resolved our issue very quickly and was a pleasure to deal with. Thankyou
Irene S was helpful, polite, consistent and patient! She talked me carefully through my problem and helped me solve it and understand the problem.
After spending half a day trying to sort out why my emails had stopped and trying to fix it myself, Gedeon resolved my email issue with patience and clear directions. Gedeon sorted the problem quickly, much appreciated. (1-15784531) Personal contact via the phone is essential.
Sign in wasn't working, and there was no option to recover Username. The issue was resolved by John O who was able to send the username. The support as good, but would be nice if the website had an option to recover lost usernames
I'd been thinking about this all weekend. Glad Monday morning had dawned and Gideon was super helpful. I wanted to retain my current website but change my email account and addresses. Gideon was reassuring that this was the correct process. He quickly transferred me to Specialist help. I didn't have a long wait time.
Easy conversation, very helpful, fixed my problem in no time.Earlgin was fantastic, I-16000588he helped fix my domain and swapped it over to my new Squarespace website. Highly recommend
Unbelievably bad customer service. We switched (on basis of their phone call) to another plan. They also charged us for the old plan and the new plan- despite telling us to ignore it. They have escalated and now won’t respond by phone, because we used the word complaint. When it was a small NZ owned/operated business they were good. Never use them!
I have just received amazing support from Gideon - he was very quick to understand my concerns, and to provide all necessary assistance to resolve them (staying on the line with me until everything was working perfectly. He is an excellent representative of your company.

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too.
