Is freeola.com Legit?

I have been with Freeola & GetDotted for almost 20 years and they have never failed to help with any queries or problems I came up against. Each Staff Member is incredibly helpful, professional and great to deal with. Whatever the problem I have, Freeola Staff is always more than willing to help.Many times I have received offers to change away from Freeola but I simply trust them and will remain with them.I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this amazing company.

I've been using Freeola & GetDotted since early 2017. I wasn't sure who to use for my personal domain and email when I signed up and imagined that the cost of the domain and email would rise steeply over the years once I was committed (like my broadband provider!). I have to say I am pleasantly surprised and I will continue to use them as they have been not only reasonably priced but totally reliable over the years. My Freeola email receives the least spam of all my accounts and has become my primary personal email for all the important stuff. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

Great all round service from Freeola. Being able to browse for a suitable domain and then set it up so easily is a great help. Uploading and managing hosted content is an absolute doddle. Lots of associated email capacity and easy management tools to set accounts up and configure them. Damn sight easier than using some of these one stop shop hosting gangs. And when you need them, the support team are on the spot to sort out your problems.

Been a customer of Freeola and GetDotted for more than 2 years. I rely on them for ALL my emails, my 2 websites and my 3 domains. Where most companies hand you to an AI bot or worse, these companies provide clear, comprehensive and fast answers that are logical and written by an intelligent and very helpful human. I've been using Freeola (and getdotted) for a long time and I've always had an excellent service from them. Initiall I was looking for a domain name for my family to use and I drawn to them because they were a good price but also because they were based close to where I grew up.I have a number of domains registered with them now, plus I use their InstantPro web editing tool for one of them I also use the EmailPro so I can send and receive email from anywhere which means I can move broadband provider without having to change email.I've never had a problem with any of the services I use with them and the main control panel page is easy to navigate and use.

I set up two web sites many years ago with Freeola and I am pleased to say the service has been first class. When I have needed help to change one site to a 'shop' technical support was fantastic. When I wanted to send e-mails from my web site address, once again the technical support was fantastic. I have absolutely no complaints at all in the years I have been with Freeola and I have no intention of changing from them. Highly recommended.

Been using them for years, always keep me informed about any changes to service or price. Not restricted to using their router can use my own. Easy cheap website hosting and tools, control panel is easy to understand and use. Very helpful if I have any problems on connection line or hardware.

We have been customers of Freeola for absolutely years and the one thing we have always loved about the company, is that you can phone them and a person, not a machine or someone abroad, will answer the phone and talk to you. They don't blind you with technical questions, just plain, helpful suggestions and answers. They DO REMEMBER to phone you back if that is required. We have never considered moving away from them as they are a good ,friendly, reliable and helpful service. We also feel that they genuinely care about what they provide.

I have used Freeola for many years, following a friend’s recommendation, and always found them to be very straightforward in what they do. Navigation through their website / webmail and control panel is simple and it’s an easy task to make any changes to my website pages and email settings. I've been with quite a few domain hosts, many were flaky, hard work, freeola have always been responsive, very few issues, to be honest, and have become considerably better over the years.I think I have 10-15 domains, and three websites, and more to do, there's been no hitches.Good value, too!

The very helpful assistant at FreeOla talked me through the necessary steps, and arranged for an Engineer to check my line.A couple of days later and I had an engineer fit a new master socket, free of charge of course, and now I'm getting the rate I'm paying for. Customer Support from FreeOla has always been superlative on the few occasions I have needed it over the last 20 years. Bravo.

I have been with Freeola (previously part of Special Reserve) for getting on now for 28 years, and have always found them to provide a reliable Broadband and hosting service for a good price.They are very helpful when needed and long may this continue.
