frasiersterling.com Review
The Scam Detector website Validator gives frasiersterling.com a medium-risk trust score on the platform: 66.9. It signals that the business is best defined by the following tags: Known. Vetted. Low Risk.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this score? We came up with the 66.9 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to frasiersterling.com's industry. The algorithm detected a slightly lower risk for activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors, noted in the Known. Vetted. Low Risk. tags above. Long story short, we recommend staying vigilant and using common sense when engaging with this website. But let's explain in more detail.
Explaining Our Analytical Approach
We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:
- Proximity to Suspicious Websites
- Threat Profile
- Phishing Profile
- Malware Score
- Spam Score
- Domain Blacklist Status
- HTTPS connection
- Domain Creation Date
While some are self-explanatory concerning frasiersterling.com, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between frasiersterling.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of frasiersterling.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of frasiersterling.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. frasiersterling.com is likely a safe website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.
Domain Blacklisting Status
This term indicates whether frasiersterling.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.
Assessing HTTPS Connectivity
This section provides insight into whether frasiersterling.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.
Safe Check
We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, frasiersterling.com.

It’s been a month since I ordered and after three emails checking the status, I get a generic email each time saying they switched warehouses and my order will ship out at the end of the week or it will be rectified. At this point I’m sure what I ordered will be sold out so I’m sure I will never even receive anything.
Do not WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ordering from here. You never get your merchandise and they say “sorry Angel it’s taking longer so we can customize it for you”. Then they give you a $25 voucher for your next order. Why would you order from them again. HORRIBLE!
My FAVORITE jewelry brand ever! I’ve been shopping at Frasier Sterling since 2018 and I’ve loved every single piece I’ve bought. They are such great quality too, my pieces look just as good as when I first purchased them! They’re customer service is great too, they’ve always been super helpful whenever I needed assistance tracking a package or other inquiries!
Terrible customer experience - ordered my items over 2 months ago, was dragged along without a shipping update, then told that 1 item was sold out, still no shipping update. After multiple follow ups, I just found out that ALL of the items I had ordered 2 months ago are sold out.Literally awful.
Reading the reviews now I definitely would’ve expected to never see my package, but I got it 4 days earlier than expected! DHL said by December 1 and Frazier Sterling Dec 5, I think they’re behind on their online tracking on their site but it’s more helpful to have the other tracking. I really love my pieces (1 gift, 2 free gifts). I wear my necklace everyday with no issue and my best friend wears her bracelet with no issue as well. The gift is for my sister so I have no review yet but the packaging is really nice!!
This company is bogus. I started ordering from them this past summer, my first order was fine, but it went downhill from that point. It takes MONTHS for them to ship out orders. And now with my most recent order, apparently shipping was discontinued for a week or two, so when I check back in a few weeks later, shipping has discontinued AGAIN- for another bogus reason. They're a terrible company.
Cheap quality jewelry that you could get from Shein and save your money. All reviews and complaints are replied to MONTHS later and copy and pasting the same response to everyone. Not to mention the only good reviews are all posted on the same singular day…obviously the company trying to cover it up instead of owning up to mistakes. The company “claimed” the page on July 19, only ONE good review before then, the rest are all posted on THE SAME DAYS, how dumb can you be? Bad customer service, bad quality, why would you ever shop here?
i have been ordering from this shop since they first started. They always have such cute styles, and I LOVE that they added a fine jewelry section because i personally prefer to spend my money on something that won’t tarnish and you can wear everyday. Be warned however, their regular jewelry is priced pretty high for something that tarnishes fairly quickly. I kept mine out of water and they tarnished within 3-4 wears. Definitely save ur money on the non-fine jewels.
Buyer beware!!! My custom order was 3 weeks late ( 8 weeks in total ) so I choose to cancel it. They ran sales the whole time - how are you running sales + trying to get more orders when you can’t catch up on the ones you’ve received? Bad business practices. They also erased my comments on Instagram + tiktok asking for help when they ignored my emails.
This company should be reported to trading standards. They are an absolute joke. Atrocious sarcastic customer service . Necklace not delivered and can imagine it will be tat when it arrives after looking at the other reviews. So disappointing. My daughter is so upset that her Christmas present won’t arrive in time. This company should be closed down . DONT EVER BUY FROM THEM
The customer service was ok, shipping did take a month but it was custom so I understood until I got the jewelry 66$ for some plastic pearls from Michaels on a string that is not strong at all. I can get a fresh water real pearl necklace for that much. Also I was hoping for the colorful lettering but I got one pink letter and two gold (my name is 3 letters) it’s still cute but looks super awkward.
The reason I’m giving this company one star is because they consistently (according to me and everyone else) do not ship their items in a timely manner. I don’t know why, I don’t care why. If you send a confirmation email telling the consumer your item will ship in 3-5 business days, it should, and reviewing the evidence, they are feeding you BS. Get your stuff together.
Have had amazing experience ordering frasier sterling products. The jewelry is just as it looks in photos, fits perfect and quality is amazing for the price! The sweat suits are 10/10, fit is perfect, quality is better than $250 sweats from other brands and love the prints. Customer service is quick to respond if needed and haven’t had any issues!
I've ordered from Frasier Sterling a few times. All of the accessories and jewelry on their website are accurately pictured. I'll definitely continue ordering from this company, but I have 2 notes to add: 1) shipping takes a while, especially if it's a custom order; and 2) sometimes, the clasps on necklaces, bracelets, etc., do noticeably tarnish. However, Frasier Sterling does state on their website that shipping can take quite some time, and that all of their jewelry should be kept away from water -- so they do warn you about these things.
I ordered a custom piece and another item back in August with no urgency as to when I received them. I contacted customer service in the beginning of October (because it was past thr 4-5 week wait) and they provided an update with tracking info within a few hours. Despite the long wait, the quality of the items surpassed my expectations, honestly. They're well made and look exactly as what's posted on the website. Will make purchases from them again.
Delivery took way too long, the ring size selection is poor, this expensive necklace is mostly plastic and broke upon first use. The earrings I bought look good but I have not used them yet, so we'll see. All in all this company gives mostly H&M quality at 5-6 times the price. I'm not angry just disappointed.
Ordered a customized necklace over a month ago and I messaged them through IG they told me it was custom order and it can take up 4 weeks. On 5 weeks now and messaged them again and they state they have supply chain issues and that became a problem the last few weeks mind you the communication was a week a part. Now its 2 different stories. They offered me gift card $ 25.
ABSOLUTE DISGRACE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN! Am aghast at the customer service and atrocious delivery timeframes of this shambles of a company. DO NOT buy from them. They are the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. No delivery of the necklace after 5 weeks and nothing but a sarcastic unhelpful response from them. We want an immediate refund. Have read the jewellery is cheap and nasty breaks and tarnished. We have been missold and are currently looking into ways of formally reporting them
The package does take time to arrive, but not MONTHS like some reviews say. I contacted customer service and they need serious help in that department… I found that Instagram is the best method of communicating with them. The quality is cheap but pretty standard for the prices. Ordered four pieces and bc one “custom” item took so much time, three items arrived before and we got a refund for the “custom”. Pretty sure its an aliexpress scam. Won’t be buying from them again, but, they’re not as bad as some say.
Ordered a necklace during a promotion that took a month to ship. After three weeks of no shipment and the event I wanted to wear it to coming and going, I reached our to cancel my order for a full refund. The company said they don't offer refunds under their policy, even though the policy is apparently to ship all items between 7-14 days. They were also terribly condescending in all of my emails to them, always calling me "babe" or "sweetie". The necklace ended up being so cheap that it broke after one wear.

“You'll be wasting your money and time.”
I ordered a custom necklace for my daughter. It takes 4-6 weeks. Ok, that was in November. Today is 1/29/2024. I've contacted them and I get "hey Angel…". No thank you. How is there no way to track items that haven't been shipped? Makes zero sense. And why can't someone take initiative and have a rush order? While they attempted to "make it right", even the remake never got to me. They give me "check back on this date" and we'll see what we can do. It's ridiculous to me! Service Shipping
“Cute rings & jewelry, but quality could improve!”
Frasier sterling has cute jewelry, but they are a bit expensive. I would recommend not buying anything full price, but they do have good discounts often - be sure to take advantage of those! My purchase was a small red heart ring, and they included another ring for free, which was a great surprise. Packaging was cute, shipping was quick, but if I paid full price, I would have felt ripped off with the quality. Tip for consumers:Don't buy items at full price, wait for sales!
“Do not order from here”
I ordered a bracelet in the middle of November and just emailed them and they said it's going to take five weeks to just even create the item and manufacturing?

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
