I purchased a new iPhone 15 pro max and an adaptor but only received the phone. Box looks old and made me worried that I might received a refurbished phone and didn’t receive my adaptor. Emailed them twice and still not hearing back. Really disappointed!

So happy with my recent purchase of the Google Pixel 8 Pro! The phone was said to be in great condition, so I was expecting a few slight scratches visible to the naked eye here and there, but it literally looks brand new. I’d also purchased another phone from Frank Mobile a week earlier before realising that it did not meet my needs. Frank Mobile honoured their return policy and I received store credit for when I no doubt return for an updated phone in the future. Thank you Frank Mobile!

Ordered the iPhone 14 Pro Max good condition.Not only was the delivery super fast, but the phone came almost prestine. Minor scratches that can’t really be noticed. Absolute great company to be buying your refurbished phones from!

There's always a little anxiety when ordering online - especially when Australia Post don't quite live up to their usual high standards with tracking - but Frank Mobile were great to deal with. Needless to say, the phone is just as described. But the whole after sales experience, dealing with a tracking issue (definitely not their fault), mean I will be sure to be back when I next look to upgrade. Highly recommended.

I had trouble communicating via email as their email address was not working at the time, after sending them a review about it, they reply immediately and sorted out my problem.My battery capacity was below 80% and I only had it for under 2 months, I got a new battery from Apple and they refunded me the money the next day. very happy with the result and for all their effort. Product came within a week was packed nice and secure .. ordered the like new and it was pretty much as described no cracks or scratches and works great had no problems so far .. battery was 85 percent health which is good also for refurbished . Was a bit worried about buying refurbished but glad we did we saved quite abit and product comes with a 12 month warranty should anything happen .. highly recommend this company

These are the dodgiest sellers. I bought phones from them. They issued a fake invoice . They were not registered for gst but they still charged me gst. I found out at they airport when they told me that they had similar issues with this seller before

The purchase of our 2 iPhones in mint condition went smoothly and the items arrived as expected. Our only small issue is that one phone had 92% battery and the other only 87%.I understand that exceeds the minimum promise, but when paying for mint I had hoped that both would be 90% or more.It’s the one area the refurb sellers avoid - perhaps they should reconsider….?

I’ve been avoiding buying a new phone for years. YEARS. I couldn’t face the inflated prices, the aggressive sales tactics and the (frankly) boring details about phone upgrades. Yawn. But after my 1982 model really started misbehaving I knew I had to act. Enter Frank Mobile. The process was easy, straightforward. And I got exactly what I needed, nothing more - nothing less.

Good price and selection of refurbished iPhones. Shipping was super fast - very impressive and phone condition was excellent. Unfortunately the battery life isn’t as advertised and we need the phone for an overseas trip so no time to return.We loved that the packing is simple cardboard box and phone wrapped in a cloth instead of plastic.

Really good that a tree is planted for every phone bought!! Love how you keep the environment in mind :) Phone also arrived within a few days which is great.However, the phone was wrapped in a tea towel - which I get about the whole environmentally friendly thing - but it felt like I wasn't getting my moneys worth to not even receive the phone in a box...

I have always used Android phones and with this iPhone 8 arriving loaded with the latest version of the operating software used on the iPhone 13 that is impressive. So many carefully crafted features that Androids don't have. And at a price around one sixth the price of the latest model. It is really very good.Add to that the environmental savings created by using a pre-loved phone. Very good indeed.

My second purchase from Frank, this one for my Dad. Again, the phone (mint condition) looks unused and works perfectly. Delivery was incredibly fast and I love the low environmental impact packaging. Do yourself and the environment a favour and purchase a refurb phone from these people!

Recently I needed to purchase a pre-loved iPhone for my daughter. I only needed to spent a short while online, exploring the phones available, because the the Frank site is both intuitive and well set out. I chose a 'mint' iPhone 12 Pro with 512GB memory. The phone arrived within the week, even though I live in regional NSW. The phone was in perfect condition ... just as it was described. Pleasantly surprised ! My son lost his phone and had to get him another one . I ordered an Iphone x in ‘ Good’ condition. Was super surprised when it arrived in reusable packing (love the cloth it came wrapped in !!) and was even more surprised that the phone was in excellent condition ! would highly recommend to anyone in the market for a refurbished phone ! Oh wait did i mention it arrived next day ! Impressive !
