Is frankandeileen.com Legit?

Ought a shirt and pants. The shirt rolls at the end of the sleeves and bottom of the shirt.The shirt has raw edges- no hem anywhere.I have tried ironing the sleeves and bottom of the shirt flat but to no avail. Cute outfit but not attractive

Order no 200001106527. So wish I had read reviews before I ordered.Bought a pair of jeans in the sale, they were still almost £200. Really bad fit and poor quality fabric. I’ve tried to make a return. I’m now told that it was a final sale with no return allowed. This is not mentioned anywhere On their site or on the paperwork that arrived with the jeans.I’ve even tried to place an order for the same pair of jeans again (obviously without submitting just to check information and there is definitely no mention of no return.I am furious!

If you read the paragraph below you'll see that I was in agreement with many of the reviews that gave Frank&Eileen low rating. However, after I was able to contact someone in their customer service management, I have gone from 1 star to 5 star. Turns out there is a technical issue with sending emails to my email provider. Also, if you order anything thru Shopify, they use the most recent address you shipped to as the default address, my package was shipped to my son who neglected to tell me he had received it. Nice to have the opportunity to change a 1star to a 5star!I ordered shirt on June 13th. I received an email telling me the order was on the way. I never received the order. Went back to find the confirmation order email and could not find it. I've sent them three emails and one call. No response

I have bought a few item and I love the quality. I’ve also had to return items and the process was flawless. I received my refund notice an hour after taking box to usps using mailing label they provide. I’ve been able to access customer service using their 800 phone number. Had to leave a message but they called me back the same day.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! TODAY I RETURNED THE WEXFORD PANTS $328, AND THE PATRICK HERITAGE JERSEY $158, EQAULS $486. THEY ONLY REFUNDED ME $415, STEALING $71! So disappointed in the customer service. I get nothing from them through email but an automated response. The return and exchange process was very difficult to navigate. After reading the other reviews, my fingers are crossed that I will receive my exchange. BTW, I have called their customer service number numerous time but am never able to talk with a person. Considering the prices they charge, one would assume they would have better service. I really like their clothing but will not recommend to others that they should order from them. Very sad.

I ordered a casual track suit for my holidays. I placed the order beginning of September as my vacation was 9th Oct. By the 7th Oct the order hadn’t arrived and I emailed them to cancel the order as I was leaving the country. There was no response to my Email.I returned home to discover the parcel had been thrown over my electric gates and had lain in sodden leaves and torrential rain for 12 days. A family of worms had taken shelter under the parcel and a centipede too. The garments were destroyed.The courier would not deal with the complaint, told me to contact the Sender and it took 6 emails for them to respond to me. They did refund the money, eventually, but the annoyance and stress the entire experience caused me was simply awful.I couldn’t in good faith recommend this company.

I bought the Patrick Henley shirt last summer and wish I hadn’t. Has gotten all stretched out and looks like a bag. Impossible to get stains out, and the collar tips have turned yellow. Big rip off, very expensive.

This company is overpriced for what you get, and if it doesn't fit right, forget getting your money back. I spent 158.00 on a shirt that was on sale, any shirt on sale, they don't accept returns. Money down the drain, I now have a shirt that I can't wear. What a waste. Do NOT buy from this company!

This company provides a site for returns that does not work! Instead they push you to purchase something else with your "credit". I have send them 3 emails without any response and I have called them but you cannot reach a person. Left a message and nobody has contacted me. As I see in the reviews, others have had the same experience. Very shady. And I have spent over $2,000 on them... Don't buy!

Slow shipping, overpriced and nonexistent customer service. Returns are lost, and no one seems to care. The passive aggressive emojois from customer service don't help either.

This is a very bad site, don't buy from them! I have recently bought a pair of trousers from them, the quality was very bad, the worst thing is I can do returns as they guaranteed, the return site doesn't work, I have sent them emails and tried to call but no replies! Really bad!!

“Product sent with no tag”

This company and its products are heavily advertised on Facebook. I did order a very expensive pair of pants, size M. I received a pair that was much smaller than anything I ever purchased from any company. But the most puzzling part was that there was no paper tag and no fabric tag on this pair of pants. Nothing to state this was a size M, except a tag on the bag, which could have been from another product. I returned them. Watch out if you want to but their products.
