It was easy finding the perfumes I was looking for, the prices are reasonable and checkout was simple.I ordered Viva la Juicy 'Rose' and Christian Siriano 'Ooh la Rouge' for my daughter's birthday.My orders arrived quickly, tracking was easy and the perfumes arrived in perfect condition. It was a pleasant experience ordering from you. My daughter was thrilled with her gifts and I was "the best mom ever," thanks to you!Thank you for such a great experience....now it's time to do a little shopping for myself!

Website says "2-5 business days for delivery" I've order about 10x all been 7-10 business days. Also local stores sell new bottles same price as tester bottles here! This place is a scam. Customer service is rude. Made 2 orders in same day. Took about 9 days for one an 11 for the other! Asked if next order possibly get a small store credit or promo or a larger than regular 15% off. Since products are taking so long to get here. Was told no. Also before they were late. An saw it was going to be later than orianlly told. Kept getting told Wednesday. Took few days longer for 2st one and 1 day after that for 1st order from same day I placed the orders!

Recieved order today, angel in the.past the bottle as been red in colour, so will see how long this stays on for .

I've had the worst luck with another popular fragrance site when buying historically amazing smelling perfumes that end up smelling nothing like I remember them. Last weekend I tried a Kate Spade perfume in JC Penney that lasted and lasted on my skin hours later that I just knew I had to have. I did not want to risk ordering from that other site so I ordered it from FragranceX instead at a great price. I happily received the exact delicious-smelling scent I tried in-store at a fraction of the price and I'm truly grateful!

FragrenceX cancels orders without customer authorization and gives false information in regards to negative reviews. They have been reported to the Better Business Bureau for their fraudulent activities and charges.FragrenceX Stop harassing me you are being reported for harassment of customers for leaving negative reviews due to your gross incompetence.

Ordered 4 of the same item. Recieved 2 of them. They claim they were ALL delivered, they were not. The email they sent me is almost identical to the responses posted here. They claim they have all been delivered. They have not. No product, no refund. Then I called the 4th time about the same issue, the gal says I ordered 3 and all have been delivered. Hogwash!! Contacted my credit card company and they are looking into it, as they show 4 ordered. Be aware of all the receipts you recieve and keep them to fight these people if you order from them!

First time customer. Shipping was 2 - 5 Business Days. Fragrances came in tact as they were well packaged. I found the pricing for these to be acceptable and even competitive. Fortunately for me, the warehouse is in the same state so delivery was acceptable. I am not a fan of USPS shipping because I love to track and they are notoriously behind in updating tracking info, but this is not a deal-breaker. I will order again. From fragrancex.com I ordered a perfume for over $300 smelled like bathroom cleaner (some other also described as ‘fecal’ scent) so I asked for return and refund or exchange. I packaged the item in its original condition and shipped insured and documented. Then I received an email from fragrancex.com acknowledging they received, promising processing refund if any.When I didn’t hear from them I made many failed attempts to contact, or they sent me automated ‘dumb’ emails. Until they finally answered and said package received empty, no refund!! I have evidence but will need some work.I am not the only one fragrance.com cheated and robbed their money. I will not quit I also need help or advice from those who had the same experience. Thanks New update; It’s now September 2nd, and fragrancex.com hasn’t refunded my money and they are not willing to do so

Brioni EDP 100 ml for $45 prior to discount was a remarkable find, even compared to other Brioni products on the site, which were priced comparably to prices for Brioni bottles on other sites. For example, FragranceX had a smaller bottle of the same scent for $71. I'm happy with the scent and extremely pleased with the price.Tracking was virtually non-existent, but delivery was prompt. There was no padding in the package, so the bottle moved around in the outer box. But there was no damage.

I've placed my first order today; I had a voucher for 25% off my entire order but this wasn't accepted! The total price showed as £85.48 but my bank shows I paid £89.27! I just hope my fragrance arrives OK as I also received an email to say I'd given the incorrect telephone number & asking for it again! I don't have any faith in now receiving my fragrance!

I would just like to say how good the site is along with competitive pricing and quick delivery, ordered twice from here and it's arrived within a few days. Excellent choice of hard to get colognes and perfumes. Highly recommended

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UNTRUSTWORTHY The product arrived damaged because of poor care when shipping. The label was completely ripped off and attached to the bubble wrap. The company said I would have to pay for an international return out of my own pocket and only offered a $10 refund for a $280 perfume bottle that was destroyed. I was very disappointed with the customer service. Do not trust Fragrance X

I have been waiting for a refund from them since the end of June 2010 and we are now in the beginning of October 2010. I have sent no less that 30 emails during this time and all ever get back is a reply saying the refund has not yet been processed! It is just not possible that a refund can take this long, their customer service is non existent. I shall never try to buy from them ever again! I will however continue to harass them until they refund me the money I am entitled to! It is tedious and time consuming but what choice do I have if I want my money?

Ordered $138 Chanel Bleu from Fragrance X. I admittedly purchased a cheap knockoff of same cologne years ago in Turkey. At least I assume it was a knockoff as it had a cheap plastic sprayer that came off easily and the scent was not pungent. I received the same thing from Fragrance X. Buyer beware.

L was initially wary of going here but they had what l wanted and since l cannot get it here in my Country l gave them a try. Very fast delivery-International and they refunded the shipping as had a coupon so they did homour that.One item which they are not realy suposed to sell was a. 17oz purse perfume and it arrived not sealed in the sense the box had no cellophane thus it had leaked.The other item was spot on and lovely. L did send them an e-mail explaining it is not exactly ethical to sell samples which the one l was complaining about was as contacted Gucci and they gave me the info. Tehy wanted a photo-huh, its in a red plastic box which when depressed send out the EDT spray so guess it is my word aginst theirs.It is not a real worry as they had the decency to answer, refund the shipping and happy with delivery and conatcts between us. Hence do not always believe what you read as sometimes it may work out but be warned check the Net first as there are loads of posts and reviews of Companies like this.
