I was making my first ever purchase with Fragrance express for the Lancome Idole that was on sale for $23.33 only for my money to be refunded that it was out of stock , yet days later i could see it listed as 1 unit remaining . that is so misleading for your clients.The item is still listed on your website as available till now. How inefficient

Ordered 2 items on website.. came within timeframe advised. one item was missing. emailed the company and corresponded with Jack who investigated and explained item was out of stock. issued a refund immediately and came back into my account within a couple of days.. I've never dealt with a company who took ownership of a problem immediately without the need for extra information... when the item comes back into stock I will 100% purchase from them. def worthy of this 5 * review!

I came across Fragrance Express looking for a good deal on Image products. I was surprised to find such a great deal that I purchased more than I originally planned. Regardless of what other buyers have said about this seller, all our friends and us have been buying from them for the past 20 years and always had a very pleasant and fantastic experience. Fragranceexpress.com has always answered their phone and have always helped with any questions and their shipping is fast to anywhere in the world. Their goods are authentic. There are many customers that want something for free and claim to have received a fake or damaged item just to get the item or items for free.That happens in every venue; but it does not give customers the right to post reviews saying "fake" to harm sellers that sell their products in the e-commerce venues and that are selling authentic goods.

I purchased shampoo and conditioner and was very pleased with the packaging and timely delivery. The bottles were secured and packaged well, nothing spilled. I’d purchased this before from another company and it was a mess, not packaged properly and it had spilled in the box. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again from fragranceexpress.

I accidentally ordered a bottle of Dolce and Gabbana instead of Dolce and Gabbana Light Blue. I caught the mistake soon after ordering so tried to contact the company to make the correction but never heard back. Ended up trying the D&G when it arrived and I like it so it’s not the end of the world. Everything else went fine, just wish I would’ve gotten some type of response.

The product did not come in its original packaging. The product was taped over the top. It did not meet my expectations based upon your description. I was expecting a brand new product in its original packaging and not something with tape over the top.I sent an email about my disappointment and never heard one word back so that's why you're getting this bad review.Be responsive to your customers.

My order arrived quickly and was not damaged. This was my first time ordering from Fragrant Express so I was a bit skeptical since I had never heard of the company prior to my order. They had a great deal on my conditioner that I couldn’t pass up. I will definitely be ordering with them again.

0/5 Ordered items through fruggo, so mystified that fragrance express were the seller. Avoid at all costs. 50.00 of shampoo and conditioner never arrived. Fruggo have ignored 2 weeks of emails. I have never experienced such poor service. Have involved PayPal to resolve.

Insanely fast delivery & cheapest Olaplex prices!Very please with my experience at fragrance express - my order was at my house before I even realized it shipped. They carried the products I wanted - Olaplex No. 4, No. 5 and No.6, had all of them in stock, and for lower prices than anywhere else. And they were delivered faster than Sephora, Ulta, or anywhere else I've bought them from before. What more could you want?! Definitely will be buying again when I need to restock.

I Ordered Dior homme original like the picture showed on the website but they sent me Dior Homme 2020 (completely different scent). I reached out to customer service to voice their mistake. A guy by the name of Jack reached back out to me via email (jack at fragranceexpress.com) and gave me a few options to resolve the issue. I responded back 3 times without a response from Jack. That was almost 2 weeks ago. I guess I'm stuck with this fragrance that I didn't order. So I was a victim of false advertisement on their website and then their customer service screwed me over as well.

I ordered 5 items, 2 were delivered within 2 week but it's now been 2 more weeks and the remaining 3 items have not been delivered. I've emailed to ask for help in tracking the outstanding items and have not been assisted in tracking the missing items. If someone in your customer service dept sees this could I please be contacted?

“Avoid At All Costs”

My first (and last) order. I spent $200 with this company. Never received my product. I could not get a response to my calls or emails. Finally got through and some guy answered the phone with "hello?" - certainly did not sound like a business. I explained I never got my product and wanted a replacement or refund. He said "I don't have an answer for you" and got very belligerent. Avoid at all costs - does not sound legitimate. I am out of my money and my product as they refused to do anything to assist.
