Is foxtrotouterwear.com Legit?

This company appears to be a total Scam company. No further contact information other than an email address that they don't respond to. Took our order almost a month to receive and the coat is a minimum of two sizes too small and doesn't have a label with name brand, sizing, wash care, etc. I have tried contacting this company multiple times via the email they provide (the only communication for contact) and have yet to receive any sort of response. I haven't been able to file a complaint w/ the BBB yet because they require an address and phone number which the company doesn't provide. BBB is too busy to take messages at this time. Don't purchase from this company. I filed a response on their Facebook page as well in hopes that someone from the company would respond there.

Placed an order in April 2024 and paid via PayPal. Now it’s November, and the goods still haven’t arrived. I contacted customer service multiple times, but they haven’t responded. This is a scam. Avoid buying from this site!

The whole website sells the jackets for over €80,000! Yes that’s Eighty thousand euros 😂😂 Obviously something wrong with the website but someone will be charged that accidentally or someone with a lower IQ will pay it. Scam site, stay well away.

Terrible and poor communication with shipping updates, I use shop pay to keep track of all my orders and this is by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced. They don’t keep you updated with ETA of your order you will literally have to check yourself which btw I just did 5 minutes ago only to see that my package was delivered on the 13th of October, yet I got no update, notification, nor email from them. Be careful folks

Thought they were American. My fault for not researching. Took forever for items to arrive. The Buck coat is kinda nice but the buttons easily unbutton. I’m always having to rebutton. The shirts have the size large tag on them but swallow me. I’m certain these are mislabeled XL size shirts. The return process is this: You ship back to China at your own cost ($68) and hope to hell that this company actually follows through. And then hope to hell a medium fits.EDIT: After emailing them about the cost of shipping and my concerns they refunded me fully within a few hours. That's a positive.

Don’t get burned! I was burnt before by a different company sending from China so I should have known better! Quality is awful - NO refund policy. They ended up giving me 50% back and keeping the product which I donated. Research before you buy from any foreign company!

Took long time to get order the company seems like it's American but ships from China and the clothes are poor quality and made in china. My buck jacket lost a button after just one week of use.Have tried getting in contact with the company for a refund but getting no answers.

I placed an order for a nice Jacket my son saw online and asked me to get it for him for Christmas. I placed the order and on Dec 11, I received confirmation stating that they had received my order and payment. I understood that during the Christmas season ordering online may be delayed, but not this long. I emailed them a few days before Christmas and was told by Shaun that they have relayed the urgency to logistics for the latest information of shipment. That was the last I heard from that individual. As of January 2, 2024, I have not received my order.I will never order from this company again and I advise anyone who is thinking about it, please don't, do your research first!!! Keep your money.

Placed an order recieved it nearly 30 days later. Have been trying to return it and the company simply doesn't respond to all.methid of attempting to.return the items. Super frustrating and no reason. That I shouldn't be able to do a simple return

They provided a discount code to be applied at checkout. After entering the code via ShopPay as suggested, code was not recognized. I went with the purchase anyway. I emailed customer service about this issue and they replied to « send them a PHOTO of the discount code ». Seriously…leads to nothing but a waste of time. Also tracking is terrible. I use Shop App…which i find reliable…even the app tells me that item as been shipped, tracking number provided as well as the carrier (DHL in this case) but thats it. So i check on DHL website for tracking and i get no results. Bad first experience right from the start and already convinced that i will not buy again from that company…and still havent seen my purchased item yet. When it seems to good to be true, its simply because it is.

Scam website, shipping is 3 weeks long quality is not even close to what is advertised.Items are coming from China and sizing is all too small.Be aware everyone

To be honest, was a little skeptical, seeing as products are send from China. Products arrived in Australia within a week and my fiancé says it’s pretty good quality. May order from them again..All in all… happy

I finally received my order. I ordered two jackets. Now I'm 6'4" about 245 and I've never ordered a large jacket of any kind but that's what I received instead of a XXL. So I gave them to my son. I can't speak for the quality because I cannot wear them!!

Customer service shucks. E-mailed the twice to return an item and they never responded. Stay away from Foxtrot Outteware.

No communication, took over 30 days to receive after promise of delivery by Christmas. Cheap clothing, never again!
