I shop at Found Sound religiously. Apart from the range of products being world class, I can't speak highly enough of Lewis and the crew that work there. Gold standard customer service, but honest, genuine questions and feedback. They greet me by name and always seem to remember conversations with me, ask me about older purchases I have bought and give me honest personal user experiences with a product I'm looking at. Favorite place to shop at and its not even close.

I cannot recommend found sound more highly. I was hesitant to buy a guitar from anywhere other than my regular store, let alone have one delivered, but my guitar arrived the next day in perfect condition and already tested. Lewis and the team go above and beyond. I bought the guitar online and outside of store hours and yet it was processed within the hour and sent first thing the next morning with immediate updates. Excellent customer service. Prompt processing of orders, responsive and always willing to engage. Never thought I'd be taking the Eurorack Modular plunge, but the Morphagene finally won me over. So glad I had a very pleasant experience at Found Sound in purchasing my first module......and I will no doubt be purchasing more. Aside from the customer service, I have to also say the website is one of the main reasons I had such a positive experience. It is technically informative, succinct & very easy to navigate, which is a huge relief.

International order here and what that entails. All communication was via email which was always promptly responded to and with detail. The whole process was completely effortless. I love Found Sound. Best music store Australia. I check out the website nearly every day to see what new stuff is coming in. I live 4hrs away but still visit a couple of times a year and have done so since Lewis first hung a guitar in the window of the old shop in Elgin Street. I just sold a guitar on consignment and the friendly and knowledgable team helped me get a great price without the stress…they have a huge range of new, used and vintage gear…if you love music this is the place…I could go on and on but you should just go there

I couldn't find any stock in Australia for my daughter's chosen colour of electric guitar for her Christmas present, even at the start of December. The pandemic has made Christmas shopping difficult. Despite the challenges, Found Sound managed to find an amazing alternative and ship out on the same day to Queensland. Sammy was super helpful and friendly. Found Sound have definitely helped one 13 year old to have an amazing Christmas in what was a very challenging year. If you want amazing and outstanding service, this is your store.

These guys have some of the best gear (new and vintage) come through their shop. I just purchased a used limited edition Fender Princeton Reverb with a 12" speaker from these guys. The amp shipped quickly and safely. Their staff is also super helpful and accommodating. Can't recommend these guys enough!

I recently bought a Fender Stratocaster form Found Sound and it was the best guitar buying experience I've had in over thirty years of playing. The staff were friendly and helpful, answering every question, even going to the trouble of removing the plastic film from the pickguard when I asked. The setup is beautiful and I couldn't be happier with the guitar. I'll definitely be buying from them again in the future.

Lewis and the team at Found Sound have shipped me items to NZ faster, with much better service and at competitive enough prices to make it worth my while. I'd much rather deal with them than a particular NZ retailer. Absolutely recommend.

Based on recommendation from another music shop, I contacted Found Sound about selling my two keyboards (Nord Stage EX Compact, Korg Kronos X 73) on commission.Lewis and Gab were excellent to deal with. They were methodical, professional and insightful in dealing with my questions and enquiries, working to ensure that pricing was on-point and updating me as required.The gear sold in less than 4 months, and money was transferred in a timely manner.They also have A LOT of great gear (new and second hand) on the shop floor and I would definitely consider paying them a visit when buying (or selling) more musical gear.Highly recommended for both selling and buying quality musical equipment.
