Is fotobrieftasche.com Legit?

Please avoid this company. First send us sign with some marks on it. No contact details provided so get them through PayPal. When I end up paying for another delivery finally have another sign with is exactly same quality, scratched and marks which can't be removed.

Product looked good at face value.Issue is the illumination which is not to the standard pictured on the website. The images on the website spotlight clearly the address panel, however the solar light received as designed does not actually shine onto the mirrored writing so at night the house number and street name are not at all visible. The images are not a true depiction.

0 starts ! Scammers sent a sign for a beauty salon all the lettering is wonky and they won’t give me a refund / the email on the returns is invalid they are a total fraud company taking peoples money for extremely poor quality and faulty goods ! I’m taking them to court … if anyone wants to come on board with taking these people down !

Bought a sign and it is rubbish quality, can not read it and the glue used to stick the acrylic lettering to the backing acrylic piece comes through and it looks like squashed bugs under the lettering. It looks terrible, will not be using it. They will not re-do the sign so that it is decent and they are only offering a 20% refund which is not in line with their refund policy. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND

I don't even know what say about this company? They took my money and no receipt or email to confirm that they have received my order, until today I haven't received my order , this company should be black listed and taken in news papers for public awareness. Unbelievable

It's a scam. The quality is a joke, not what you see on their advert. They advertise a glass but supply plastic. Please they don't deserve that money so don't give it to them.

Same as the other authors bad workmanship numbers peeling off very poor quality product for the money charged l have tried to email them but they refuse to acknowledge my email if I could give them a MINUS ONE STAR I certainly would..please READ THESE COMMENTS ANYONE THINKING OF CHUCKING MONEY AT THIS COMPANY FOR THIER LESS THAN USELESS PRODUCTS

I didn’t read any reviews on this company or product prior to ordering, and now that I’m reading the reviews I realize that I shouldn’t have purchased the lighted sign. My story is the sign arrived broken..I’ve reached out to them via Fb messages, I’m awaiting a response. My question is, did anyone attempt to dispute the transaction with their bank? If so, what was the result?

Awful product and bad communication and service. The product I received is a semi-finished product. The website didn't mention anything that you need to glue different pieces together. They just send me different small pieces and a glue. Tried to talk with their customer service, they keep saying there is no issue with the product. Don't buy it or trust this website. If possible I want to give a 0 star.

Awful company, they make it almost impossible to get in touch with them. Made an order, didn’t hear anything for a month, eventually had to go via PayPal to get any communication with them. When the item finally arrived it was broken - not surprising given the terrible build quality

All comes from China, terrible quality and arrived broken and snapped. Wouldn't waste your time purchasing from here, better supporting a small businesses who make signs by hand which are far better quality.

I wish I could give 0 stars … product turned up and the printing was rubbish and the light didn’t work. Very cheap and total false advertising. I contacted them and they told me I had to pay to get a new light sent out (materials and postage). They wouldn’t give a refund. BUYER BEWARE!

I received a poorly put together address sign and light. They both had scratches and the board had the logo shown in the background. Even worse the email address is a website and I've been trying to contact someone for almost a month, SMH.

My biggest mistake was not checking the net first for a company review.Too late and I was scammed. I ordered the street sign with solar light for a total of $AUD 70. It is rubbish.....!?!?!?!1/ Sent in a simple plastic bag with a box loosely enclosed2/ The light and sign parts were rattling around loosely in the box itself3/ The solar light is cracked on the solar panel side. Given there is no obvious damage to the white box it was enclosed in it I can only assume it was damaged BEFORE being packed.4/ There seems to be ‘inappropriate’ fasteners supplied with the sign with no instructions at all on how it is meant to be assembled and hung.In essence it is a cheap nasty poor-quality product that has been sent in the cheapest possible way. As far as contacting them, forget it as their 'only' email address sited on their webpage is not recognised as an email address !?!?Block the advertisement next time you see it on your phone and save yourself some money.

Absolutely cheap and nasty product. Got it set it up hung it up. Moisture got under the numbers and they bubbled and slid off! Withing minutes! Paid $140 nzd, they offered $10 nzd refund. Don't do it, they're terrible!

Their products are not fit for purpose. Outdoor signs and mats and the writing falls off after 24 hours. They will refuse to give you refund and try to sell you another item. Run away from this company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! It's essentially a scam. The quality is appalling; I ordered a house sign with cut-out numbers and letters and they were positioned way off centre, so the sign looks wonky. The sign is made of two pieces of plastic glued together, but they were already separating when I received it.The solar light comes separately and you are expected to stick it on yourself. There are no instructions. You can buy the same solar light on Ali Express for less than $5 and the quality is awful. It is so dim, you can't read the sign from three feet away.The company has refused to replace the sign with one made correctly. They claim they can't make the signs to "that level of precision"! 🤣 And they have refused a full refund; they offered only 30%, which would leave me substantially out of pocket and with a product I cannot use.This company sells a product worth less than $5 for well above $50, and provides zero customer service. The quality is absolutely appalling. THIS IS A SCAM!

I was ready to order an address plate and a doormat: after reading the reviews it would be a waste of time and resources to even associate with this company. The reviews are very very helpful
