We bought a wine and cheeses hamper as a 60th birthday gift. The recipient loved it, and was really pleased with all the contents. What really impressed me though was the packing and packaging; the cheeses were insulated with thick, attractive, re-useable wool, efficient and eco-friendly. Well done, Fortnums, and thankyou.

I finally had an opportunity to send a hamper to my dear friends for Christmas. The ordering process was simple and easy; especially since I did it right in the store! There are several suggested hampers or you can custom build one with your particular favorites. I ordered the Burlington Hamper to be shipped to the US. I was given a delivery date and tracking and it came just as and when promised. My friends sent me a message describing their hamper as "decadent", "luxurious" and "awesome". What a fun gift to give AND receive.

This year I chose the cheese medium sized hamper. Very pleased with the contents although another cheese would have been better as it’s quite a limited selection. Would have paid extra if given the choice. Love the hamper itself and joins my existing collection in pride of place at home.

Website excellent. Delivery shambolic. Took ages for dispatch. Then too short notice (on the day) and despite piss poor tech from the delivery company including a BOT (not intuitive and tiny font!!) which despite confirming x2 the ‘safe place’ to leave it and that the driver knew, he took it away!! I’d be reluctant to by online again.

Ordered two Christmas Hampers. One to the U.K. One to the USA. Great website. Easy to use. Regular email updates advising despatch, expected delivery & delivery. Arrived on time. Good packaging. Top quality contents as usual. Unreservedly recommended. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The website was easy to use and my purchases arrived on the promised date. I feel that communication between placing the order and dispatch was a bit lacking. I was awaiting the dispatch notice and even phones 48 hours before the due date to ask if the order had been processed. I was told that I woud get a notice the next day and that the goods were not late yet.I feel that some kind of holding message to confirm the order was being processed would have been appropriate

The product is top notch! Less good is the website which asks for the delivery country....then offers a range of options.....you select.....then advises that,'we don't deliver this particular product to Germany/Switzerland'.....whatever....then why detail it as available??

I buy special treats for Christmas from Fortnum & Mason and they never disappoint. Exceptional quality and I use their app to place my order which is easy to do. My parcel arrived well packaged and on time. Would highly recommend.

Good and quick delivery. BUT mobile number is showen outside the delivery box.Therefore directly after I placed my order I got lots of spam messages with regard to this order saying I need to pay extra tax charges etc. Several other phishing messages followed.

I ordered 2 Huntsman Christmas Hampers to be delivered. One to Scotland and the other to Jersey, UK. It goes without saying the Hamper contents would be fabulous , and they both reached their destinations with no problems. I was kept up to date about the deliveries and it was seamless. I have ordered before from F&M and would be happy to do so again. Great service

Delivered on nominated date, lots of delivery updates on the day. Perishable item packed separately, clearly labelled and in special packaging. Perfect. The products are top class as always.

This musical advent calendar is a special piece. Quality is superb, beautiful craftsmanship and the musical windows are magical. This will be treasured for many years to come. Shipping to the U.S. was simple and fast.

Fortnum & Mason is an exceptional company with fast delivery and excellent customer service! I live in the US and always order from them for gifts to my family in the UK. My Grandaughter and her husband look forward to the gifts. They are all very high quality.

Having asked advice from Essence Foods they located the tayberry jam for my 92yr old mother in law - ordered it online- it arrived promptly and is now at the centre of her hamper. Thank you

First class, of course, as always.....Fortnums told me by email that they were delivering to Spain again and I ordered a Christmas pudding. It was delivered very quickly, with no problems, and very much on time. I can't review the pudding yet, but I am going to be very daring and give it five stars, too!! Fortnum and Mason are very, very reliable...thank you

It's nice to be able to include some F&M niceties into Christmas, even though you can't physically visit the store. Excellent online service.

Delivery by DPD Stated delivered on 5 December but then text to say returning to store. Delay meant a replacement was not available. DPD did not telephone recipient or leave a message until returning to store. Took 24 hours for chat to contact me!!!Will not use again

Booking via website was problematic. Took several attempts to complete. During this process data had to be re-entered. So I must have missed entering the delivery window 15 to 17 Dec.Realised afterwards, so spoke with a young woman who said she could amend the delivery date as above.Amended delivery date confirmation email received. However, delivery still went ahead unaltered.Really not impressed.

250 years old company with a huge brand name but behaved like a start-up with small attention to detail and mainly client emotions!! It took 20 days for F&M to deliver four things even with repeated requests to make it for delivery on 1st December being our 25th Wedding Anniversary! When companies grow beyond a certain size, they seem to lose the essence and connect. Only large hampers matter and big orders!!!! Finally I called customer service to ask re: my order and they struggled for 20mins to give me the correct answer. As it was grossly delayed, I even asked if they could do me some sort of a favour or gift or wrapping but the answer was NO!!!!
